Liam is the prince of france. When he is rehersing to be crowned a rival of his late father comes and takes over the palace taking his mom hostage. Mark is part of the PPP and saves Liam and sends him to live with him in a sothern town in america where he and his son Justin. Justin is not happy since Liam is a bit jumpy and seems to 'femanie' for a boy.
