Dr. Nero walked up behind Elizabeth, and placed his hand on her shoulder. He couldn't help but smile under the mask at the excellent work she had done. Elizabeth just sat there on top of Jack's dead, bleeding body for a few minutes before looking up at the man. "Did I do good? Did I correctly rid myself of the final disease?" she asked him, like a small child would to their mother when they have drawn a pretty picture.

"Yes, dear Elizabeth. You have. I congratulate you on that." he told her, and helped her stand up.

"Dr. Nero... what do I do now? The police will find out, won't they?" She looked up at him with pleading eyes begging for his aid.

The beak on the mask moved downward, and a muzzled sigh came from the man. "Elizabeth, I'm sorry but they won't. As well of a job as you did, there is something that I need from you."

"What is it, doctor?"

"You are the only one to have the perfect cure for all diseases so far. And I need you, to help save the millions."

"Doctor, I will help you. But only because you have helped me."

Once more did Dr. Nero smile underneath his mask. "Good choice, Elizabeth."

Snap. And Elizabeth's body fell limp, with her head turned in an odd angle. "I have to kill a thousand to save a million," he whispered to the body. "And your blood will help save the million."
