Chapter 14

Vanessa's P.o.v

I stare at my phone that Zayn just gave me. No he more threw it to me and if I wouldn't have such good reflexes my nouse would hurt now.

What the hell was that about?

I look confused at Zayn but he just turns on his heels and goes upstairs into his room I think.

I unlock my phone and message Luke.

>> What the hell was that about? What did you tell him? He didn't Event say something, he just went upstairs! <<

After I sent Luke the Text I look up to see Niall, Harry and Louis staring at me.

"Uhmm..so..", I mumble, not sure what to do or say.

"Care to help us looking for a good movie to watch?", Niall asks removing the awkward silence.

"Sure.", Harry says and goes to the sideboard with the movies.

Louis still stands at the doorframe and it looks like he is deep in thoughts.

"Don't you wanna join us, Louis?", Harry wants to know as he walks with a few DVD's in both of his hands towards the couch Niall and I sit on.

Before Louis can answer my phone buzzes. A new message of 'Lukey'.

I open it ands read what he wrote.

>> I just said what had to be said. Maybe I was a bit sassy but not more. Stop worrying about it, Kay? Let's meet at Dunkin Donut's after you're done with making their dinner! I'll tell you more. <<

I sigh and text back:

>> Ok, at 8 at Dunkin Donut's. See you then. <<

"Which movies did you choose?", I ask Harry. He lays all the DVD's down.

"Hangover, The Notebook, the 1D tour DVD, ...", Harry starts to tell me the names of the different movies but Louis interrupts him.

"If you watch Harry Potter then I'll watch with you.", says Louis and crosses his arms over his chest, still leaning on the doorframe.

"Sure, actually I'd also love to watch Harry Potter. Which part should we watch?", Niall asks us.

"The 4.! It's the part where all of them look best. Especially Emma Watson..", Louis mumbles and grins before walking towards us and sitting down on the couch.

"Ai Ai, sir!", Harry laughs and shoves the DVD into the DVD player before starting the film and also sitting down on the sofa.

Now Niall sits next to me, I sit next to Louis and he sits next to Harry. And they all are nice to me. This afternoon couldn't be any better!

During the movie I lean against Niall's chest which is really comfortable. I can even smell his amazing aftershave. Mhh....

"So, what exactly did you say?", I ask Luke as we're sitting in Dunking Donut's while we're eating Donut's. Mine's an Oreo Donut, I really love everything with Oreo in or on it.

"I just told him he and the boys should treat you with respect because you're a human too and deserve it! He then asked why, because you only work for them and you're not their friend. Then he threatened me through saying he could hire a person to kill me and maybe.. just maybe I was a bit sassy to me. But he deserved it! Nobody slaps my little sister!", Luke explained before eating a bit of his Donut.

"He didn't even say anything after your conversation, he just stormed upstairs.", I mumble and sigh before finishing my donut and licking the cream of my fingers after.

"That just HAD to be told. I'm sorry if it got you in trouble.", Luke said and finishes his donut too.

"I think I should go home now, my mum is surely wondering where I am right now."

"Ok but wait, I have a question. Did you tell your mum about me?", stops me.

"Yes."

"How did she react?"

"She didn't know what to say... But I really have to go now, bye Lukey! I'll call you."

"Ok, bye Vanilla.", Luke says and smirks.

"Vanilla? Really?", I ask laughing.

"Yes, I'll call you Vanilla now. Bye Vanilla!"

I laugh and go out of the Dunkin Donut's before hopping into my car and driving home.

*a few days later*

Niall's P.o.v

"Niall, could you please come downstairs? I have to show you somebody.", Liam yells through the house.

Wondering who he'll show me I stand up from my bed and walk downstairs. Maybe Justin Bieber? Naah, maybe not. Cause I mean, why should he be in my house? Then maybe... actually I'm clueless.

As I enter the living room I see Liam and a girl I've never seen before sitting on the sofa.

The girl next to him has blonde hair with brown highlights and blue eyes that reminded me of an ocean. She wears make up but not too much and has a nice smile.

"Uhm.. hey?", I say as I stand in front of them.

"Hey Niall! I'm Hanna, it's nice to meet you!", the girl greets me.

I shot Liam an asking look because I have no idea at all why he wants to show me Hanna.

"We'll be right back, Hanna, ok? I just have something to tell Niall.", Liam explains and stands up from the sofa.

"Ok sure!", Hanna says and smiles brightly before Liam dragges me into the kitchen.

"Who the hell is this? And why do you want to show her to me?", I want to know.

Liam sighs and explains: "I see how you look at Vanessa. You have feelings for her, right?"

"Uhm.. I.."

"Niall, come on. If I look at you when Vanessa is in the room you always watch her with sparkling eyes. And when your eyes sparkle when you look at a girl it means you really like her.

And I told you guys that you're not allowed to develop feelings for her, so I got you Hanna. She's one of Danielle's best friends and you will have to go out with her. I told her that you like girls like her so she kinda expects a nice Niall."

"Wait, what?! Why didn't you ask for my permission?"

"Because I know you would've said no. Now come on, she's probably wondering what we're doing so long. She's really a nice girl, Niall! She'll stay until after dinner and I want you to ask her for a date! Do it or something bad will happen."

After Liam's words he takes my arm and drags me back to the living room.

What the hell?
