When you are born, no, when you are conceived, your parents had the utmost control over who you were going to be. Whether they knew it or not, they had control over which lifetime opportunities you would receive.

Sometimes though, biology takes the reigns right out of their grasp. Sometimes they can tell-- sometimes they're unaware.

However, they can hardly be blamed for relying on the physical evidence. How can they know what goes on in their child's mind? How can they attempt to grasp at how painful the smallest of things can be?

How can they realize that beneath the surface, their child is not what their body says they are?

As for herself, she says male.
