"(First Name)-chan, I honestly don't know what to do..." Kuroko was near tears now, you could tell by the way his face fell and he wouldn't look at you. "The school's going to close down and I don't know where I'm supposed to find another job."
A tear fell out of his eye and landed on the floor.
The two of you didn't have much money. He was a teacher, and you were a nurse, but you only worked few hours because of your baby. You couldn't afford paying someone to take care of your child, so you had to do it yourself after work.
The hospital paid you little only, and you and Kuroko could barely pay the rent for your apartment.
"It's okay, maybe you could stay at home and take care of the baby while looking for a job and I'll work full hours in the hospital. "
He shed more tears.
"I'm the one who's supposed to be supporting you. I'm not being a good husband at all, (First Name)-chan, you deserve someone better. You deserve a better future." He lifted his head and looked at you straight in the eye. "I can't just stay home and do nothing."
You didn't know what to say, so you just hugged Kuroko tightly. "It doesn't matter. I'll always love you Kuroko, whether the times are bad or not. We promised to be together always, didn't we?" A tear slipped out of your eye.
"Y-yeah."
"I'll love you forever, Tetsu, no matter what."
"Me too, (First Name)."
