As soon as I got home I went straight up stairs to have a shower. When I hoped out the shower and looked in the mirror sighing as I pulled down my bottom lip thinking to myself what the hell happened last night. By the time I was dressed and down stairs my parents were both home from their morning run.
"Hey hunnie how was the sleepover?" Mum smiled as she unattached Spunky from his lead
"Yeah good, it was heaps fun" I smiled as Spunky ran up and gave my a big kiss
"That's good, Well did anything exciting happen?" Mum asked as she sat down to have drink
"Ummm No, just general stuff" I lied as I shook my head
"Oh ok" Mum shrugged as she took a sip of her drink

It was now Friday and I was out shopping with Julia, Laura and Aarie. Ebony couldn't make it because she had a family commitment. We were all sitting down in the food quart sipping on our drinks when I decided to ask if any of them had heard if Ebony was pregnant or not.
"Hey guys have heard from Ebony...... To see if she's pregnant" I asked soon regretting it.
"Nah I haven't but I bet if she is she'd be getting a lot of shit from her parents" Julia shrugged sipping on her boost juice.
"Yeah, and if she is she has probably got her phone taken away" Laura suggested.
"Mmmmh, yeah" Aarie agreed deep in thought.
Once we had packed all our shopping bags in Laura's care we all headed to Michaels house as Aarie had to drop of some stuff for him. When we arrived we helped Aarie unpack the stuff she had to give to Michael. I knocked on the door as the rest of the girls shut the boot and helped Aarie with all the stuff.
"Oh hi Emma, how are you?" Michael greeted
"Yeah good thanks, though this tattoo is giving me a bit of grief. What about you?" I laughed
"Yeah I bet it is, nah I'm good but even better now that my beautiful girlfriend is here" he said as he leaned in to give Aarie a passionate kiss.
"Guys please try and keep it G rated" Laura laughed as she rolling her eyes
"Pffffft in you dreams" Aarie laughed and the rest followed
"Okay, I'm gonna goooo...." Julia laughed as she jumped back in the car
As Laura and Emma hoped back in the car and started to drive off beeping and waving to Aarie and Michael as they began to make out at the front door.
'Ding Ding'
All of our phones went off. It was a message from Ebony.
"Hey everyone, my parents aren't home tomorrow as they fly off to Melbourne and neither are my brothers. So I was wondering if you would all like to come over tomorrow evening at what ever time after 3pm??? Sorry for the late notice hope you can all make it.
Oh also, if you want feel free to stay the night.
Ps. Laura could you and Ashton plz pick you the pizza on the way....
Love you all. Hopefully I'll see you tomorrow xxxxx."

That night as mum, dad and I were all having dinner I decided to ask mum if I could go to Ebony's house tomorrow night.
"Mum would it be okay if I went to my friends house tomorrow night..... And sleep over?" I asked as I took a big gulp of my Pepsi
"Ummm... Yes I. Think that should be fine as long as you help me with the shopping tomorrow morning" mum smiled and winked at me. I nodded just knowing how much she hated going shopping.
"And if you mow the lawns tomorrow morning for me" dad said with a mouth full of food
I nodded again knowing that the only way I would be able to go to Ebony's would be by doing these jobs.

That night I laid in bed wondering how on earth I ended up with the bestest friends ever.
But when I rolled over I remembered that they all had a boyfriend/girlfriend and I had no one. I sighed ever wondering if I would ever get a boyfriend but then I then thought nah that's gross you always have to be with the and hold hands, kiss, hug, even make out.
That's probably why I could never have a boyfriend because I hate all that lovey dovey stuff. And that was the last thing I thought about before I fell in a deep sleep..........................
The next morning I woke up with Spunky licking the top of my nose. I walked downstairs still in my pjs not bothering to have a shower yet.
"Morning mum, what time are we leaving to go shopping?" I said as I poured myself a glass of orange juice
"Morning Hunnie, probably around 10:30" she said, eyes still stuck to the TV screen
I just nodded and sat down at the table thinking about what on earth would happen tonight. Smiling as I remember how much fun we had at Michaels house.
"Emma, go have a shower and get dressed you've been thinking about stuff for the last 20 minutes and we need to get going" Mum said shaking her head
"What.......... Oh ok" I nodded and quickly ran upstairs".
After my shower and checked my phone I had 2 missed calls from Ebony. I grabbed my phone and my bag and hoped in the car. I called Ebony back feeling concerned
'Ring ring, ring ring, ringgg'
"Hello" she answered
"Hey, sorry I missed your calls is everything ok?" I asked
"Oh yeah, no everything fine I was just wondering if you could possibly bring something for breakfast tomorrow and something to eat for tonight?" She sighed at the end
"Yeah sure" I rolled my eyes feeling relief
"Ok bye, see you tonight" she said hanging up before I could even reply

"Mum I'm going up stairs to pack my bag" I said not even listening for an answer
I went straight to the bathroom and grabbed my toiletries when I walked back into my bedroom my phone was ringing I picked it up looking at the contact. It was a number that had never seen before so I decided to answer it but all I got was some group of boys laughing at the other end. I hung up sick of their bullshit.
I grabbed some clothes and shoved them in my bag along with my toiletries, I reached under my pillow to grab my pjs when I felt something else. I grabbed it quickly pulling it out. It was a scrunched up piece of paper.
I opened it and began reading what it said
'Roses are red,
Violates are blue,
I've been looking for a girl like you,
I found your number and tried to call,
But you hang up on me like a cow,
I got your address,
And wrote this letter,
To express my love,
To a girl so clever.

I scrunched up the letter a chucked it in my desk bin. Not really knowing what to think she zipped up her bag grabbed her phone and quickly ran downstairs feeling a bit scared but curious.
I jumped in my car and waved good bye to Mum and dad.
I drove out the drive way smiling as I thought of all the fun I was about to have at Ebony's.
