KAYLA'S P.O.V.

Friday night
I check the time - 9:13 - I decide to text Gemma on snapchat, asking her about that information on Ethan seeing as she was sick all week except for today when Cate was away instead. I open snapchat and realise there's already a message from her, and that I must have not seen it when I unlocked my phone after dinner, seeing as I went straight to Instagram and texted Ellie for and hour and a half.

"Hey" I text

"Hey" she replies straight away

"Okay so we've been friends for a while now..."

"Yeah:))"

"Ok ummm, I kind go have a little, little crush on Ethan"

"Yeah, I've seen it in your eyes, it's a little more than little, little crush😂. But I need to tell you something..."

"Yeah..."

"He has a girlfriend..."

"Oh:(("

"I'm sorry, it's that Rose Harley chick"

"Well, I don't have to worry, we're only in year 7, they won't last forever... Will they?"

"No😂 they won't last forever"

"Well, just have to think of the positives"

"Yes, and I will most defiantly tell you when they break up"

"Thanks ILY!!"

"ILY2!!!"

"Tbh, I really didn't like that Rose Harley chick in the first place!"

"I know!"

"She's pretty and all but I think that what I've seen is that she's not the nicest on the inside."

"Yeah she can be pretty stuck up at times..."

"Plus because her last name is Harley and mine is Harden, I have to sit behind her in roll call!!!"

"And I'm 3 away from you because mine is Hylene!"

"Oh yeah😂😂"

*a call starts to come through on my phone - I answer*

"Hey" a voice comes through, it was Tayla

"Oh hey! What's up?"

"Are you doing anything today?"

"Ahh, no, not that I know of, why?"

"Can I maybe come over to yours?"

"Yeah, sure I'll go ask now, call back in 2?"

"Yep, k, bye" she says as I hang up
