Cameron just texted me. It had been a long time since someone texted me goodnight, and I felt giddy inside when I read it. It read:
Goodnight, Stephanie. Sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite. I'm sure they wouldn't bite if they saw how beautiful you are. Corny asf, I know, lol.
I just laughed again writing this.

Finally. Summer has come. Our school delayed summer holidays because we there was this huge event and the students helped so we entered summer a little more late than other schools. Dad and mom want to travel to Mexico. In a freaking RV. Like can you actually believe that? I remember one time when you went with us to LA and it was actually one of the best weeks of my life. But no, I won't travel with mom and dad alone. Ew. They're celebrating they're wedding anniversary, and I really don't want to interrupt on their... couple plans. So they're going in four days and me and Bella are staying here. She is almost graduating high school, which means she'll leave to LA, since she and Maggie, her best friend got accepted to UCLA. Mrs. Porter, an old friend of my mom's will watch us and do the house stuff. She's an old lady in her middle 80's that can't almost see anything. I hope this summer will be not as boring as I think it will be. I remember how to celebrate our first day of summer, we'd make a fire in our backyard and burn some marshmallows. It was another one or our many traditions. I need to forget you. To get you out of my head. It's been almost one year, but it still hurts as if it were yesterday.

I just went with Nightmare out for a little walk. He just kept doing these weird cat noises and I would meow back to him but he just scratched my nose. Nightmare 2 (the hamster) is lost. I haven't seen him in days. Poor creature. Sophie invited me out for her cousin's bar in the city. My first days of summer have been completely boring and I want to have some fun. I'll invite Cam over. Oops, Cameron. Yeah, I'll invite Cameron over. I haven't seen him in a few days. It'll be cool, I have a feeling it will.
