Finally!!!
I just got off the phone with my boss, who told me a really great news.
I was going to write my own story!!!!!
My cheerful behavior got a little out of control, so I wasn't surprised to see my pissed roommate standing near my doorway looking at me like she was planning a different ways to get rid of me.
"Would you please be quiet, some of us have jobs to attend to in the morning."
"As of tomorrow, ME TOOO!!!" I had screamed so loud that I was sure that the whole building had heard me.
"Well congrats on the job, now can we pleeeasee go back to sleep? I need my beauty sleep."
"Sorry Angela."
"No worries. Just buy me a vodka tomorrow and all is forgiven."
"Haha, you got it!"
After she left, I couldn't close my eyes or sleep, for that matter.
I couldn't wait for tomorrow to come. I was still new at this job, considering the fact that I have majored in economics, but I had talents as a writer, being one in college for their papers. I loved to write about everything that were trending topics, like fashion, traveling, food, and I was also good at giving advice.
The only thing I was not so fond of was gossip. Writing about other people and their lives, who they had dated, did they cheat, how much money did they make, and all those types of questions, were not my cup of tea.
Sighting, I snuggled deep in my covers, letting the sleep take over me.
Tomorrow, the new chapter of my life would begin.
