Yeah... Title is the name of a song. Deal with it. What? My Oneshots aren't supposed to start with an authors note? Oops...
I slammed my locker shut and turned around, instantly facing my best friend, Zachary, -who at the moment, was sporting a freshly bruised eye. "Oh, Zachary... I'm so sorry..." I cooed, hugging him. "You? Sorry? For what?! That jerkwad, Yusuf, he is the one to apologize. But no!" He says, trying to ignore the physical pain from his newly busted lip. BRRRIIINNNNGGGGG! The school bell chimed, signifying school was over. "Thats it. Home, now" i say, pulling him outside and into my new car. "Boys are... UGH!" I yell. "Uhhhh, boy here!" Zachary says, raising his hand best he could with the short ceiling and pain in his arm. "Not you. You're the good one. Prolly the only good boy in the universe, except for my perfect boy." I saw, starting the engine and pushing my glasses up. "Huh? Ugh. Explain more, talking hurts." Zach whines, lying back in his seat. "You know, my perfect boy. The one I marry and have kids with. The one who will love me unconditionally." I say simply. "Stace, I love you unconditionally. Screw real life. Be my COD wife." Zach teases. "According to my phone, your my hubby anyhow. Reality is a pain. Let's find the end of the minecraft word, they cant find us in the void." He says dramatically, smiling with the good side of his mouth. I laugh and roll my eyes. "Zachary,  everyday, all the time, everyone has a perfect boy/girl in their lives. Then, eventually the person is replaced by, what reality calls, the one. The other someone stays in your heart, but they weren't the one you loved like that. You loved them like a sibling. Or in my place, I'm practically your mom. Remember when you fell off the roof at that party you got drunk at, and you broke your arms and left ankle? I had to wipe your-" he covers his ears. "WE DONT SPEAK OF THAT! LALALALALALLALALAALLALA" he sings, making me laugh hysterically.
"Okay. Home. Let's get you cleaned up."I smile, walking him to the steps of my home. "I know this hurts, but..." I calm, dabbing his lip with a wet cloth. "Yikes... Blood for days..." I seethed. "WOW, THANKS. I FEEL FO MUCH BETTER" he whines. "Oh, be quiet. No, literally, stop moving your lip." I roll my eyes and continue dabbing his lip, adding Neosporin this time. "FUUURRRKK, OWOWOWOWOWOW!" He squeals, backing away. "STAY STILL YOU JUMPING BEAN. YOURE GONNA GET AN INFECTION, GRASSHOPPER." I yell, pushing him back on the chair and sitting on his lap facing him. I put my hand on his chin and pull it upright, again dabbing the cloth on him. He seethed, but calmed down, seeing as he couldn't move. I give him a victory smirk and clean his wound, giving him two ice packs, one for his lip and one for his eye.
"Ugh. What was that fight about, anyway?" I ask, sitting next to him on the couch. "He thought I liked you and that you've been cheating on him with me. He said he saw us cuddling in your bed under the covers. I told him that was creepy that he stalked you and he beat me up. IT WAS COLD, YOU WERE SLEEPING OVER, AND IT WAS MOVIE NIGHT!" He explained, grimacing in pain from his lip. "I- what a jerk... And to think, I wasted my tears on him..." I shake my head. "H-he made you cry?" Zachary whispered. "A lot. I have him so many chances, forgiving him when he kissed other women..." I sigh. "Nope. Never again." I whisper. "Revenge?" Zach asks, temptingly. "I- we couldn't... I mean..." God DAMMIT WOMAN! Keep your dignity and roast him to flames! "Come on. If you don't, I will." He smiles, sitting back. "F-fine. I have something in mind..." I smirk

Today is the day. The day I fudging make that guy pay. Today is the school talent show, so I can preform Yusuf a little song. ;-) it was just after a intermission, so everyone was super loud. "Attention, peers." I say sweetly into the mic at lunch. The noise level stays the same. "Hello, quiet." I say a little louder. Still nothing. "SHUT UP FOR A MINUTE!" I finally yell, making the auditorium quiet. "Thank you. Now, this song is delicates to the... Ehem.... Lovely Yusuf." I fake smile, scanning the seats for him. He looked confused, but it quickly changed to amusement. "Okay... So.

Seems like just yesterday
You were a part of me
I used to stand so tall
I used to be so strong
Your arms around me tight
Everything, it felt so right
Unbreakable, like nothin' could go wrong
Now I cant breathe
Now I cant sleep
Im barely, hangin' on

Here I am
Once again
I'm torn into pieces
Can't deny it, can't pretend
Just thought you were the one
Broken up, deep inside
But you wont get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes

I told you everything
Opened up and let you in
You made me feel alright
For once in my life
Now all that's left of me
Is what I pretend to be
So together, but so broken up inside
'Cause I can't breathe
No, I can't sleep
I'm barely hang in' on

Here I am
Once again
I'm torn into pieces
Can't deny it, can't pretend
Just thought you were the one
Broken up, deep inside
But you wont get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes

Swallow me and spit me out
Blaming you I've blamed myself
Seeing you it kills me now
No, I wont cry on the outside
Anymore...
Anymore...

Here I am
Once again
I'm torn into pieces
Can't deny it, can't pretend
Just thought you were the one
Broken up, deep inside
But you wont get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes

Here I am
Once again
I'm torn into pieces
Can't deny it, can't pretend
Just thought you were the one
Broken up, deep inside
But you wont get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes...

I finish the song, and look at Yusuf. He was turning red and just stared at me. Soon, people started booing and laughing at him, and he ran out of the room. Any regret? No. And pleasure? Hell yes.
