Lol thanks again for all of the reads votes and comments. Here's an update btw if u have been waiting for the first "date/hang out" here it is :)

I met Adam at the movies and we decided to watch insurgent and he bought us both popcorn and soda he also paid for my ticket. I'm thinking this is a date...but I don't know if he thinks it is.

As we sit me and him both reach in the popcorn bucket and our hands touch. I smile a little, good thing it's dark in a movie theater otherwise I would look like a idiot.

Adam reaches over and grabs my hand in the middle of the movie. I smile, again.  I grab his hand back.

I wonder if Derrick knows that were hanging out... I don't know how he would feel if he knew I was holding his best friends hand at the movies.

If we dated.... He would probably hate me even more.

I don't know why I care though, he doesn't care about me so I shouldn't care about him.

When the movies over me and Derrick walk out of the movies.

"Where do you wanna eat?" He asks me.

"I don't know, how about Denny's since it's close?" I ask.

I'm not a huge Denny's fan but it's close and I'm hungry so why not...

We get there and eat our food, it was okay. The waitress comes back and gives us the bill. I go to it so I can see how much my meal was but Adam grabs it before me and puts the money on the table.

"I feel kinda bad, you sure you don't want me to pay?"

"No, it's fine."

"You sure?" I ask.

"Yeah why would I let  my new girlfriend pay on the first date?"

"Hey who said I was your girlfriend?" I laugh.

"Do you not want to be my girlfriend?" Adam looks kinda embarrassed and he looks at the floor.

"Yeah I do, I was just kidding." I laugh again.
