Kayla's POV
"Ugh. I hate my life" I thought as I hit the snooze button on my alarm clock. I rolled over and slowly fell back to sleep. "Kayla Janine Jackson get up right now, your going to be late on your first day of school!" My dad yelled from the kitchen. I groaned and got out of bed. I headed to my bathroom and turned on the shower. I got in and let the hot water hit my skin, instantly relaxing me. I used my amber blush body wash from bath & body works. I absolutely LOVE their products. After staying in there for about fifteen minutes, I got out and dried my body . I put on my amber blush lotion and my pink lace bra and pantie set. I walked out of my bathroom,went to my closet and stared at my clothes. I put on my clothes.( outfit in the media above) I hate that my dad made us move all the way to Georgia in the middle of December. I walked downstairs and saw my beautiful family eating breakfast. Khalil and Karma; my little sister and brother sat in the same chair eating waffles and holding hands. They do everything together considering the fact that their twins. My dad was shuffling through his briefcase for his keys and drinking coffee. My baby sister Kaylee was in her playpen teething on a toy bunny's ear. When she saw me she smiled happily. I looked at my mom's chair and sighed. My mom lost her battle to cancer three months ago, she refused to get the chemotherapy because she was pregnant with Kaylee. I miss her so much. I was snapped out of my thoughts by my dad yelling. "Kayla eat so you can get on the bus!" I grabbed a Orange and a bag of hot fries for later. I kissed my family goodbye, grabbed my book bag and walked to the bus stop. I listened to Don't- Sevyn Streeter while I waited. The bus pulled up minutes later and I got on, officially starting a new chapter in my life.
