If you could see life through my eyes

Chapter 3

Katerina's POV

Katerina jumped down off the dumpster with her inhuman speed and pushed Lucius up again the wet alley wall, her hand rapped around his throat while her cat like nails extended. She look in his eyes but they were normal. She still had her sun glasses on so he couldn't have discovered what she was that way. Katerina leaned in and smelled him. He did not smell like my kind however he didn't smell human.

"What are you?" Katerina growled at him. "You are nothing like me"

 Lucius chuckled. "No i am not. I'm half human half were. I am also a dog instead of a cat like you"

 Katerina release her grip on his throat and took a step back. "However you are a pure bread. A full Were-Cat" Lucius smiled at her. He closed the gap that she had created and reached for her glasses. Lucius had been told stories that pure breads had different eyes. Removing her glasses from her perfect face Lucius's stories were true. The alley was dull but there was enough light for him to see her full blue eyes. "You are so beautiful Katerina" Lucius confessed.

Katerina blushed, looking down. "How do you know my name and how do you know so much about me? I hardly know anything thing about what i am and then here's you, half of what i am however with more knowledge" She finally looked up into his blue eyes.

"Come with me. I will answer all your questions." Lucius announces as he pulls her out of the alley. He leads her to his out where he lives with his dad and grandad.

"Where are we going?" Katerina asks. She is slightly curious however scared. He chuckles again but stays quite. They finally reach a small house. Lucius continued to lead Katerina up the drive. She assumed he lived here due to his scent being all over it.  "Lucius?"

"Dont worry sweetheart." He turned around to look at her as we reached the top step leading into his house. "Trust me?" She slowly nodded.

Lucius pushed open the door and called out to his family. They both walked into the living room where two men sat.

"Katerina this is my dad and grandaddy, guys this is Katerina" Lucius made introduction while his dad stood up.

"Lucius. What did i tell you about bringing strays home? especially pure breads" Lucius's dad did not seem please. Katerina stepped back about to make a run for it when Lucius grabbed her hand.

"DAD! Be polite she is not a stary. She is just confused. I Brought her hear so grandaddy can explain to her what she is.

"Now now Conner be polite to they Young girl. Cant you tell she's afraid." Lucius's grandad slowly got up from the sofa and smiled softly at her. "Now honey follow me" He head off out of the living room, Katerina quickly glanced at Lucius who gave her a soft smile and followed his grandad.
