Looking Up

Finding these boys

-Zeros Pov-

Death.
It was everywhere..
"It's killing for sport"
Owen whispered out... Looking over the hills where multiple dead dinosaurs lay.
It was time to do something about this !
We continued to walk the rest of the way, soon reaching the broken hamster ball with clusters of footprints and slash marks in the ground.
Clair was crying at the sight but Owen was looking at the ground, "they got out"
Clair looked up.. A slight gleam of hope was in her eyes...
We followed the crushed grass and footprints which led to a waterfall,
Clair started screaming their names but Owen ran to hush her.
It was important, we don't want whatever was chasing them, to chase us.

I could see a clear path and trail of soggy footprints in the ground from the waterfall, I looked at Owen and he shook his head.
"No, you'll hurt yourself" Clair looked at us confused,
I laughed and took a step back before running and diving down into the water,
When I surfaced I saw Owen looking down at me with a not too grateful smirk, "I'm gunna follow the trail."

Owen tried to protest but I was already gone.. I followed deep into the forest where it looked like they had been walking to, when I found a cellar type thing.. Walking inside i started to quietly call their names... I knew I wasn't too far behind them so I kept walking.
I not long heard voices and soon saw the boys. They were working on an old car.. Smart.

"Zach! Gray!"
They looked up to see me, Gray running into my arms. I knelt down to hug him as tight as I could.. He was sobbing into my arms "we almost got eaten and there was a huge dinosaur chasing us and we almost died and and and..." He was so panicked, you could feel his heart in his chest
so I tried to soothe him..
"It's okay, I'm here.. I'm not going anywhere now"
I stood back up, "Owen and Clair have been looking for you.. We've been looking for hours now"

-Zachs Pov-

She marched through those doors like the coolest badass ever.. Weapons covered her chest and you could see the gun on her back.. She meant business and she was here to get us out of this hell hole.
She mentioned my aunt.. And another name. A guy... Who was this other person.. I had heard his name before but I just couldn't place it.. I scrunched up my face, it wasn't the time to think about things like this.!

Gray came back and started up the engine.. It worked, it was time to get back to the park.
The three of us left, Zach driving as fast as he could, suddenly Gray and Zero were yelling, "hurry up, FASTER ZACH FASTER"

I turned to see the giant prehistoric bird behind us, and multiple more flying high in the sky..
We were coming close to the gates and Zero started yelling and screaming, trying to catch the guards attention, it was working. We were going to get out of here.
