My back hits the wall.
He is closing in,
Darkness starts to surround me.
In one last attempt,
I look left,
I look right.
Right as I am about to give up
Accept my fate
A corridor appears
A light at the end of the tunnel
I take it
He darts after me
Twisting
Turing
Going left
Going right
I lost him
Sighing in relief
I slow my pace
It's within my grasp
I'm almost free
I can feel the light soaking into my skin
It flickers for a second
Then goes out
It is then I notice the wall in front of me
Silence consumes me
His footsteps
Once soft and distant
Come closer
Closer
Closer
Getting louder
Louder
Louder
A shadow forms in the darkness
There is no way out
He has finally caught me
I slump
All the fight has left me
I accept my fate
