Prologue
I looked at the calendar, September 5 2011, where did the summer go? I really did not want to go back to school on Monday, because this year I'm not the only family member at my school, yeah my sister was coming.
You would think: "oh that's so awesome having a sibling at your school". No, she is older than me and transferred from her last school due to her "grades". Psht yeah right, my parents wanted her to keep an eye on me. She doesn't mind though, oh no, she gets rewards. She's their little trophy when it comes to the school year. During the summer everything is fine, no grades or report cards that make you afraid to go home after school, no lectures or other things that can hurt you, no thats summer. But now school starts again, and it's just a ticking bomb ready to go off at home. My parents you see, they spoil us, I won't lie, they are very kind but when it comes to school they turn into demons I swear. If I get anything below a 95% I'm screwed. Whereas my sister can fail something but she will still be "smarter". She could get away with anything.
After running on the road for about 3 miles I turned into the forest trails and cranked my iPod up. Music was blaring Into my ears and I jogged faster.
After awhile my shirt started hiking up, showing the nasty yellow bruise that was forming on my hips, I quickly yanked it down, not wanting to see that monster.
Instead I focused on my speed, being careful not to trip at the winding path ahead. But i never could have tripped because before I can register what Is happening, a bike coming at full speed collides into me head first, and sends me colliding with the ground.
WHAP!
With a groan, i fall back onto the forest floor and everything slowly goes from green leaves to utter blacckness.
