Chapter I

Kates pov BEEP BEEP my alarm blaring off at 6.15 am. Today is the day I move to Pretoria. I'm scared but at the same time happy. I mean now I'm going to be an independent girl. I go straight to the shower. After 10 minutes full I come out of the shower. Which was great. I go to my wardrobe and remove my clothes. Today I decided to go Ghetto. I put on my black crop t'shirt detailed I woke up like this flawless. With black skinny jeans. I put on my black converse. I blow dry my hair. Left it hanging and I put a black beanie on top of my hair detailed GHETTO CHIC. I took black and red bandens and put them in my pockets. Since I was a little kid I never liked make up so I just put some mascara. Many of the Times I wear black clothes people think I am Goth but I am not. I just love the black colour. After taking a good look at myself I'm satisfied with my look. I take my hand bag and leave my room. I'm really going to miss this place. This is a place were I started walking, a place were I started talking, a place where I grew up. I go downstairs and find my parents eating breakfast. I'm really not hungry coz I'm very scared. "Hey folks" I say to my parents. My mom gives me a sad smile her green eyes which I inherited from her show sadness. My mom is not ready to accept that I'm 19 and I have grown. In the other hand my dad is very proud of me. He can't stop telling people that I'm going to University without being pregnant. A lot of of my friends and neighbours kids went to University having kids so I'm a few of those who is going to University without being pregnant. "Hello sweetheart are you ready" my dad asks. "Yep"i say. Even though I'm scared I don't want my parents to see it. Whilst I'm eating my dad goes upstairs I think he is going to take car keys. "I'm going to miss sugar plam" my mom says in a hushed tone with a sad smile on her face. I love my mom but I think it is high time she accepted that I have grown. "I'LL miss you too but I promise to call every time I get a chance" I say with a smile on my face. She givea me a hug. This is what I'm going to miss the most her hugs. "Lets go we are running later" my dad says. I take my strawberries and caned cream. We go outside and get in the car. We went straight to the airpot. We arrived at the airpot. After some goodbyes, hugges and promises I board the plane. I took out my headphones and played music which calm me down. sang along till I fell asleep. After 2 full hours the plane landed. I went to the taxi area. I did not have any luggage because my dad was coming to Pretoria on Monday so he will come with my clothes. I get in a taxi and give the taxi driver the address. After some minutes I arrived at the University. I give the taxi driver the money. When I open the taxi' s door I saw this big building . It is a three storey. I get in th reception. I find a lady with blonde hair and blue eyes she must be in her thirties. She is wearing a black pencil skirt and a blue/pink blouse. I walk up to her. "Good morning mrs"I murmured. She looks up "Hello can i help you" she says in a very kind voice."yes Mrs I'm New so I'll like to know my apartment number" I say in a low voice. "Whats your name young lady" she says. "Uhmm Kates Greenland "I answer. She first types something then she looks up again."Kates Greenland apartment number 28" she says handing me keys. "Welcome to University of Pretoria"she says with a smile. I return the smile and say "Thank you ". I went outside the building and walked till a saw a building written VARSITY APARTMENTS. I went in the building looked around for apartment 28. I could see anything. I saw a guy 5'1 tall, with blue eyes, blonde hair brushed in a diry way. He has a muscular body. I decided to approach him ."Uhmm h-hello"
I stuttered. "Yeah"he answered. What a rude guy. "My name is Kates Greenland and I'm new I will like to know where is apartment 28"I said in a scared voice."Third floor"he says. "Thank you" I say with a smile on my face. Whilst I climb the stairs"I'm Noah Bert and nice meeting you"he says with a big smile. I smiled back "likewise " I say. I went to the third floor till a saw a room written Room 28. I unlock the room. I look at the lounge area every thing looked plain white walls,Grey sofas. I went around the apartment every thing is plain. There is the lounge, kitchen, toilet, and 2 bedrooms. I opened the bedroom on the right and l saw a bed, with grey covers, the wall is white, a white/grey wardrobe. There was a little table with books so I figured out this might be my roommate bedroom. I opened the other bedroom. Also there was white walls, Grey wardrobe, little empty table and a chair. This might be my room. Because I did bring my luggage I only to few clothes so I did pack my clothes in the wardrobe. I took some pink shorts with a shirt. After changing I went to the lounge. After looking at the apartment I must say very clean. She must be a clean freak. I took my strawberries and caned cream. I went to the lounge and watched t.v while eating. Till I feel asleep. I woke up to sheets being ripped out leaving my body out feeling cold. "What the fuck".the stranger shouted.I opened my eyes slowly to see. I saw a guy with greenish blue eyes with Brown messed up hair. He has plump, pink lips. He has a muscular body. He has a body of a model.
