The Day That they Came

I had just woken up. And then it hit me we have a test on boilogy today dang it. My mother yelled Drew time for school. I said coming mom

I could smell her pancakes from the third floor. I had just taken a shower and quickly changed becouse of my little brothers he's a little demon

when it comes to moms pancakes he eates them like theres no tommorow some times i even wonder if were related. I was done with my breakfast

" honking of the school bus" mom its the bus. She said good luck honey. As i got into the bus this amazing girl walks by I asked my friend Bob whos

the new girl her names kimmy or penny? Youll never have a chance at that girl look. Luke this guy in our class is already asking her out. I said to Bob

who knows maby she will like me. We got to the back seat my other best friend Layla was there and she saved us seats. We were talking about

graduation. Then some thing just blew up in the neighborhood then i took another look it was my grandmothers house "stop the bus" so the

bus driver stoped. I looked around it looked like a ufo but i didnt care becouse i saw my grandmother right next to it. She was so caring to me

I swore to take down the person or thing that did this "while sobing". Then this light came there was something walking out of the ufo like thing

Then is jumped to the bus killing everyone i had to watch my classmates die we ran as fast as we can to get away from there we kept on running and running until he hit the school and warned everyone but no one belives us then the aliens came to the school everyone was running around in a pannic.

Me,Bob, and Lyla hid in the janitors closet we called Bob's dad. He's part of the police force the alien killed half of the students and the teachers. It was

also about to kill us but luckly Bob's dad can in the nic of time he shot the alien. Are you guys okay were fine but call for help there hurt. Bob's dad called for back up to check out the crashed ufo. We got in the car and Bob's dad gave us a lift home. When I got home everyone was grieving. We heard in the news that its was not just our that got hit by the ufo. My mom said we need to pack up and head up state. And even though our families werent that tight

Bob and Lyla convinced thiir parents to come along with us. The next day came we packed everything we need to last us for two amd a half years. We strated to drive as we were getting farther from our town we say a gas station that was totally wreaked but luckly thre was still a working gas pump

then i said to my self I thought were gonna be stuck in the middle of nowhere with no protection and an alien envasion about to come. 5 weeks gone by

It was just a regular day but the difference about that day my mother got killed by an alien i was crying like i did when grandma died.

Chapter 2

Another 5 weeks have passed we had reached New York thankfully it wasent destroyed some survivors were starting to re-build we had re stocked on our food and water some of the people offered a house so we accepted it. We had a nice bath, warm fire and a comfortible bed. But sadly we had to leave that all behind. We have to keep moving or other wise were gonna get killed. We try to warn the others but they didnt listen. I had to learn to shoot a gun throw a knife I prepared my self for the worst sometime we would take turns on watch. Two at a time I ve killed more than 10 aliens my dad keeps on telling me that its bad that I hold a grudge. I said to him dont tou hate them for killing mom I do. I still have nightmares of that day. But I have to let go of the past I loved her as much as you did. And I know she would want us to love our lives not grieving. But protecting the ones that needed to be protected

like your friends. Lyla's dad said to me even though were not blood i still treat you as family you risked your life to save my daughter for that I am thankful amd i will always treat you as a son protect you like one of my own. We started moving again while Lyla was right next me I asked her who does she like in school. She said nobody(looking me in the eyes) and she blushed while saying it. I knew it she likes me but how can i say it? We stopped at feild and had lunch. I said to my dad we should not stay here to long maby they will fing us. He said I know will leave after everyone had their lucnh and rested. Come on lets stand watch. I said to my dad. Dad why dont you get some sleep you know I can handle 1-3 aliens. Yeah I know. But I'll just stay here incase you need help. 5 hoirs passed by. Then I heard something it was an alien scout ship I came across a ship like this once. It's nearly impossible to destroy it has a forcefeild buit around it, and 8 lazer cannons. I woke up my dad and said to him dad look. He said dang it we counted our guns, ammo, explosives, Isaid it's not enough. I said, We cant even move becouse they will spot us. We were in a picle I had to do something I ran near them. Then I said to my self thank gondi I wasn't spotted. Then I threw a grenade at there backs and they went to it. And i ran as fast as I can then i reaced our RV and said "gogogo!!!!!!!" We left there as fast as we can as quick as we can. I said to them phew. We stopped for a while to rest everyone hugged me and Lyla kissed me in the cheek. She said to me thank you! You saved us. Then we moved. Its was like two weeks before we stopped. Amd we heard there was someone that has a boat and taking survivors off this continent. Next ship will arrive next month. But there was a down side it's in New York

Chapter 3

I said to my self thank gondi we made it without even a scratch. We were almost to Ney York it's about two days drive but it could be worst and then suddenly these aliens came up. But something was diffirent they are much more vicious than they used to be and there arms have plasma blades. They must have evolved but it was so quickly it's only been two years since they came. We kept on driving and driving until they just suddenly stopped? We wonder what was it that spooked them then the ground started shaking. The next thing i knew wwe were thrown up in the air like a rock. I just knew that it was the end for us then these people showed up and helped us one of them was wearing some kind of suit. But the next thing i knew I was in a hospital they say they did the best that they could but Bob's parents died. Lyla, Bob, Lyla's dad and my dad was still in a coma. Then that man with the suit came and said to me how you doing I said. Then he slowly left then I said wait please sir can I have one of those suit's.vthen he said to me your too youngand besides you dont even have fighting experience. Sir I have enough fighting experience fighting the aliens I already killed ten of them.
