Chapter 8: Never Wake Up Christian In The Morning

ALEX'S POV

The next day came quickly and, since I'm usually the first to get up, I decided to wake my brother in an extra special way. I tiptoed to his room and quietly opened the door. I walked up to his bed and quietly climbed onto it. Then, I started jumping up and down and screaming.

"WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP!" He jerked awake and grabbed me. He pressed his face up against mine.

"What. Are. You. Doing." He asked me, zombie like. I giggled a little.

"I'm waking you up, silly." I said, kissing his cheek and ruffling his hair. He glared at me.

"It. Is. Nine. In. The. Morning." He said, still zombie like. I got up and made a run for it, shouting.

"YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME! HAHA!" I heard him running after me. For how zombie like he is in the morning, he sure can run fast! I sped up, running into someone's room. I looked away for a second and saw that it was Andy's.

"W-what's going on?" He asked groggily, rubbing his eyes. I hid under his bed.

"Hide me from my brother!" I squeaked. I heard footsteps and I saw my brother's feet.

"Where'd Alex go?" He asked.

"Damned if I know." Andy said groggily. My brother sighed and ran out of the room. After a few minutes, I came out from under the bed and saw Andy reading a Batman comic. I smiled and hugged him.

"Thanks,Andy." I said, letting go. He looked at me and smiled.

"No prob, lil Mora." He said, looking back at his comic book. I quietly left the room, tip toeing down the hall. I heard footsteps coming from the end of the hall and I panicked, going into the next room, which was Ashley's room.

'Ohhh, crap.' I thought. I saw Ashley in bed with some girl. My eyes widened in horror. I can't stay in here! I peeked out of the door and saw no one coming so I sped to Jinxx's room. I closed the door behind me and I saw that Jinxx was in his closet. He looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, hello Alex. What do ya need?" He asked, picking out a ripped black t shirt from his closet.

"I need you to hide me from-" I was cut off by CC, who opened the door and grabbed me. He threw me over his shoulder and ran out of the room. "Put me down,CC!" I yelled, pounding on his back. He laughed evilly.

"Nope." He brought me to the backyard and I saw what he was planning to do. My eyes widened.

"CC. NonononoNOOO!" I yelled,before he dropped me into the ice cold pool. I screamed, it felt like twenty degrees! I walked up the steps and went over to CC. He was still laughing, not even paying attention to me. I walked up behind him and pushed him into the pool. He wasn't laughing then! "Grrrr." I mumbled,walking back inside.
