(Kiara's P.O.V.)

"Wow...This is just...wow!" I grinned in satisfaction.

"But how?"

"I don't know."

"Well you should know you came up with this strategy." I chuckled.

"Kiara this is utterly amazing!"

"Thank you."

"No, thank you!" She collected the files of paper and put them back in the manila colored folders.

"Listen, there's an upcoming Christmas party that I only invite a few of my staff to. And, I've been saving the open invitations for only a few...So being that you have helped my business and I somewhat like you..." Marie smirked at me while placing the folders in her draw "I was hoping that you would attend next weeks event with me." I smiled genuinely at her.

"Of course I will."

"Good! Well here's the invitation." She replied handing me the rose colored envelope.

"I'll see you there."

"Thank you Marie I'll see you tomorrow."

"No, I meant what I said I'll see you there."

"What do you mean? You aren't coming tomorrow? I didn't book you any interviews or trips...did I?" She laughed

"No Kiara. I'm giving you the rest of the week off."

"But why-? Marie that's fine. I don't need to take any days off."

"No I insist. Your pay will still be added for this week."

"It's fine Marie, I'm serious." She shook her head, chucklin' a little.

"Ever since you started working here you've never taken a day off nor given me an excuse or reason to make you take a few days off. I think you deserve the break, you've been working your ass off ever since you put your two sense in about how to improve my business. I personally think that you should enjoy this week, pamper yourself, spend time with your daughter." I smiled nodding my head like an idiot.

"So like I said before I'll see you there. Goodbye Kiara, make sure you clock out."

"Thanks Marie and I will."

I waved at her walking out of her office.

(Chris's P.O.V.)

"Stop it Chris!"

"Nah you wanted to play right?"

"Okay! Okay! Imma stop!"

"You gonna stop?"

"Y-yes!"

"Huh? I can't you hear you!"

"I said y-yes!"

I stopped what I was doing and sat her down.

"Damn you get on my nerves." Camary huffed pullin' her top down.

"You wouldn't stop when I told you to stop."

"Okay but I just wanted your attention. And you always end up being mad extra with it."

"Whatever Camary."

"Whatever Camary." She mocked, walking away. I sighed getting up from the sofa followin' her.

"Stop following me."

"This my house ain't it?"

"Fine, I'll leave." I groaned
