Ichigo's POV

Shit. I thought as i watched the water start to fall from the sky. I knew i should brought my umbrella. I kept walking because for a bit it stayed at a gentle downpour. As it rapidly sped up, i started to looking for a place to wait out the rain. I looked down the road and saw the Northbound rail bridge. I started on a steady jog to get out of the rain.

Shiro's POV

Oh, looks like it's gonna rain. I thought as water droplets fell on my nose. Lucky i've been chilling on this bridge. I had been sitting on the guard rail of the bridge. I looked to the side of the bridge and found a tree i could take to the road below. I quickly spotted one, then began to walk along the outside of the railing, keeping my arms out to my sides to balance myself.
I quickly find my way down the tree and ran under the bridge. It had began to rain harder a lot faster. Damn. It's a cloudburst. I leaned against the wall, waiting for the rain to settle, and i saw something. Out of the corner of my eye, i noticed someone running under the other side of the bridge. He had orange colored hair, but it was too dark to make out any other features.
I pretended not to notice him and put in my headphones. I hit play on my music and let my playlist randomize. I couldn't help but keep looking over at him though, something about him, I don't know what, just caught me.

Ichigo's POV

What's with the sudden change downpour? I thought as i dashed under the bridge. I leaned over onto my knees to catch my breath, then ran my fingers through my hair, water droplets flinging everywhere as my hair tries to retain its natural form.
Then, i saw him. He was fairly pale, enough i could make out almost ever feature. He had white hair, a sharp chin and narrow jaw. I saw the faint sign of a permanent grin on the corner of his lips. This man truly interested me.
I take a small step towards him then stop and think, What am i even going to say?!? "Hi! I noticed you were really white so i decided to waste the space around an odd yet perfect specimen that is standing before me!"
"Dummy!" I turned away and slipped in my ear buds. I leaned my shoulder against the wall and closed my eyes. I felt like an idiot for even thinking about it. "That'll never happen."
"What'll never happen?" The voice came from behind me and made me jump, making my earbuds fall out.
"Um...uh.." I blushed and looked away. "Mind your own business, kay?"
"Okay, okay, you just seemed a bit lonesome." He said, a grin creeping across his lips.
"Pfft, me? Lonesome? I'm never lonesome! Got the old noggin!" I tapped my head the internally smashed my head in. I pinched the bridge of my nose and propped up my arm, "I just did that, didn't i?"
"I'm pretty sure you did." He says, obviously trying not to laugh.
"Please excuse my stupidity on account of lack of sleep." I say, trying to make a quick cover-up. At this point, I thought there was no chance in hell he'd buy it.
"Ok." He said, letting out a small chuckle. He leaned against the wall and nodded his head towards my phone, "What are you listening to?"
"What does it matter to you?" I say, trying to keep myself calm.
"I'm just trying to start a conversation." He says, waving his hand. "Guess not." He stood up off the wall and started to walk back to the other side of the bridge.
"If I Tremble, by Front Porch Steps!" I said quickly, trying to get him to stay.
"See, wasn't too hard." He said as he stopped and looked back at me. "So, what's your name?"

Ichigo's POV

"I'm Ichigo, my friends call me Ichi though." I say, staring up into his dazzling yellow eyes. I'd never seen anyone with eyes like that, so i had figured they were contacts.
"Shiro," he says holding out his hand, "pleased to meet you."
"Likewise." I say extending to slip my hand into his grasp. He had smooth and intriguing skin. And he hand an amazingly firm grasp. It was like he was showing his power, but making sure to not make it uncomfortable.
"I better call us a cab." He says, pulling his cell out of his right pocket, while slipping his free hand in the other.
"No, please, I couldn't possibly trouble you like that!" I say. I felt the reddening of my cheeks as my heart pounded. I felt as if i might faint.
"You're right, you can't trouble me like that, because this doesn't pose a problem." He said, confusing me. I continued to resist but in the end it was pointless. I soon gave in and let him get us a cab.
"So about where are you wanting to go?" The cabby asked.
"Take us to my place, Mike." Shiro said.
"Wait but.." I tried to object, but when Shiro's eyes caught my, i closed my mouth and sat back. As we drove through the city, i started realizing who i stepped in the car with.
