I am thinking about actually pretending to be sick so I can stay home and snuggle up in my warm and cosy bed all day. But I know that I can't because I don't want to leave Tweedy starving. By the way, tweedy is a willy wag tail who lives at my school, I found him perched in a nest on the top of the year three classroom (my classroom) after the school holidays. I figured that he had chosen to make his nest there with his wife and have babies there but his wife is always out looking for food while Tweedy stays guarding the eggs. Did I mention that Tweedy swoops anyone who walks past so we have had to put I sign up saying 'be aware , there is a swooping bird here, watch out.'

The school let me have the honour of feeding and looking after Tweedy as I was the one who found him. Tweedy love's it when I visit , and so do I.

"Jessica!" Called mum, "you better get up now, or you will be late for school and you won't get to feed Tweedy "
"Yes mum" I replied, "I'm getting up now, just be patient"

I enjoyed every second of walking towards Tweedy's nest. But there was one thing that wasn't right about it. Where was Tweedy's pleasant and calming call for me? I uninvitingly got to Tweedy's nest and figured the answer to that question. Suddenly my heart stopped like lightening as my eyes reached the horrific sight before me.
"Tweedy?" I called in a queasy and worried voice that I had never heard myself make before. I couldn't stop myself from calling 'Tweedy' all the time in that horrible voice and that was when I realised that I didn't have time to think.

Straight away, I bolted to the office as fast as I could not even bothering to put down my bag or follow the 'no running on the concrete' rule. I was going to tell the teacher about this and I will find out what happened.
