What is in the mind of Me?

First off, when I dream, what is in my mind?

In my dreams, it could be either be two types of dreams, decent, and hellish. My decent dreams, only have one ending, someone getting hurt. My hellish dreams, always have me getting hurt or killed.I only get a few decent dreams every week, but I get a lot of hellish dreams every week.
