His words  echoed  my mind as I looked at my little bundle of joy.  What had I done? How could I make such a deal? I had put my child in danger and all for what? That bastard.  No matter how much I want to I knew, I couldn't keep him. He deserved a better life. 

I had already pack up all my thing. All that was left to do was drop him off.

I drove over to the only person place I could trust to take care of him. My car screeched to a stop. 

I look at him. He was already fast asleep. I got out of the car and adjusted him in my arms before knocking on Chase's door. Not seconds later, Chase opened the door. 

"Jess what are you doing here?" he asked.

"I know its late, but could you look after Riley? I got called to do a late shift at work," I lied. 

"Yeah, sure Jess. Anything for you ,"he replied.

I past Riley over to him with great reluctance. I kissed him for what would be the last time and whispered 'mommy loves you' before walking away. 

Tears ran down my face as I drove off never, to see him again.
