January 12, 1968

I had just moved to a new house with my mom and dad
It was around 12 P.M in the afternoon or so,
We had just arrived and started unpacking.
I had the strangest feeling that I was being watched.
When I looked around I saw a girl that looked 16 about close
To my age.
As soon as she saw me look she closed the curtains.
Something seemed off about her but my thinking was interrupted
When mom said "Son, lets go inside and unpack."
So I went to my new room and started unpacking my stuff,
And there was that feeling again like I was being watched from
Outside the window.
At the time I didn't care,
I was too focused on unpacking.

It was now 5 or 6 by the time we finished unpacking.
The sun was setting and it was getting late,
Dad had installed some curtains in each of our rooms
And everywhere the windows were at.

Mom was making dinner in the kitchen
Then dad asked me "Son, can you go to the store and get some soda and water for us, please?"

I nodded and walked to the store.
It was already dark outside
When I got out of the house. The first thing I saw
Was a person walking on the sidewalk wearing a white hoodie.
The person walked at least 5 feet forwards
Then walked back.

I carried on walking to the store for water and soda.
By the time I got back 30 minutes later, the car was gone and
The door was wide open. I walked in cautiously wondering what happened.
When I walked in it took me by surprise, most of the plates
Were broken in pieces on the floor, the lights looked like they were shot with a gun. I took out my emergency flashlight and started walking to the living room, I saw blood drops leaving a trail into the bathroom.

creeping in and opening the door slowly, it frightened me I wanted to scream but I was shocked too much that I couldn't.
I saw my dad hanging from the ceiling sliced in pieces and all that
Was left was his arm, head and part of his neck.

I ran into the master bed looking for mom.
Hearing a small noise that sounded like crying I looked in
The closest, she was hugging her knees silently crying with fear.
I hugged whispering to her "its alright, mom."
