A New Life

As I'm running I realize that I'm in the north pole and I can't get out. I think to myself, "Wait, I'm a guardian wouldn't I be able to get out in a way?" Jack shouts at me " Saidge, get back here ,you're not safe out there!" "I'm a guardian Jack, or that's what you tell me!" I yelled back at him "Why wouldn't I be safe!" I was terrified, I thought for a split second, then I jumped. Instead of fear, I felt joy. I was flying, or at least it felt like it. How was I supposed to know what it felt like? I look back at Jack were I saw him by a patch of grass that used to be six feet of snow. As I'm flying around the sun disappears in dark clouds. I'm guessing because my emotions. I land in the woods, the woods that was always so familiar,I never knew why. Pitch came out of the darkness and scowled "You know, you're only just making it hard on them and helping me." I look around and there is no leaves on the trees, and the grass is brown, definitely not good for spring.

"You do know you're helping me making the world gloomy again, but the thing is ,you can change it, I can't let that happen."Pitch snarled.I could tell Pitch was enjoying this, but I stayed silent, trying not to be afraid. The next thing I knew Pitch was attacking me, " WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING!!!" I yelled at him. " Doing my job" he snickered. I continued defending myself until his dark sand surrounded me, then I stood still, I was afraid. "SAIDGE" I I was walking away from my troubles. I was walking away from my life, from everything. Then I saw someone. He was tall and he had white hair yet he looked around the same age as me. He looked like he was going to turn my way, so I just ran towards the forest.I always had a strange feeling in this forest ,but I never knew why. I refuse to look back, I just wanted to be left alone; I did not want anyone talking to me. As I'm running through the woods I trip over a loose root from a tree " Great, just great," I muttered to myself sarcastically. Suddenly, I felt myself being lifted gently off the ground. I turn around and see the white haired boy again. "Umm.....do I know you?" I asked. "I'm Jack, Jack Frost," he answers. "Jack Frost??" I asked "B-but how? I mean you're actually the spirit of winter fun?!" I replied with a excited but shocked tone in my voice .Jack smirked and it looked like he was going to say something but he stopped. I turned around seeing black skies everywhere.

CRASH!! a bang split through the air, causing my ears to ring. "Well, well, well Jack, who is this?" The man answered in a dark tone. I did not like it ,and the first thing I noticed about him was that he was dressed fully in black. "Jack?" I asked, I was scared but I did not really want to show it . I think he knew I was scared then he walked in front of me to protect me. "DON'T YOU DARE HURT HER PITCH!!" Jack yelled furiously at Pitch. Pitch all of the sudden slammed Jack in a tree when Jack was lying down unable to move, then he looked at me. " What do you want with me......umm Pitch." I asked nervously

"HA! You're pathetic, you can't even step up to me!" Pitch yelled at me. "L-leave her alone pitch!!" Jack softly yelled at him it seemed like he was scared.Jack winced in pain, which I could understand, I mean being slammed into a tree isn't fun."Ok, I am just going to go. You seem like you're upset," I replied as I backed up slowly.I start walking away then I feel a sharp pain through my body and I drop to the ground laying in the snow. I hear dim noises of a fight going on but I can't open my eyes to see. The noises stop then all of a sudden I feel colder than usual which is odd because I'm already outside. "Hey are you ok!" I hear "North would know what to do." I feel myself being picked up. After that as I'm in Jack's arms I go limp.

As I wake up its blurry, I can't see a thing, but I can hear. voices . My vision gets better then I see Jack Frost. " Umm, how did I get here" I asked. "Well I flew you hear to the north pole."said Jack "The North Pole? What do you mean,I asked.North walks in with the other guardians, surprised to see you awake.Before north had the chance to speak ,Jack said "I never caught your name." Jack said. "Umm... m-My name, what do you mean" I was confused, I couldn't remember anything. " Your up, now we can see what is going on" North said in a thick russian accent.
