Prolog:
Four hundred years ago, on an island in the middle of the Arctic Ocean, protected by a fire ring created by the people of the flame, Lord and Lady Star of a distant planet settled and formed a city. Star City, the capitol of all alien and human interactions and the center of all interdementional portals, my home, and the home of the best school for future super heros.
I'm Alexandra Renee Star Thompson, Lord and Lady Star are my distant ancestors. Sadly, twenty years after they settled, they went back to that distant planet that they came from and about thirteen years ago it's solar system was sucked into a blackhole. I was one of the very few survivors, I was sent to Star City and adopted by Daniel and Leslie Thompson.
They are nice people but they just don't understand, they're human and I'm...me. I have mosquito-like reflexes, i don't have a need to breathe, pressure and gravity don't affect me (super strong, can fly, etc.), and I can track anything anywhere. I'm turning fifteen in four months and I get to go to the super hero school, SSHSK, School for Super Heros and side kicks, it's a boarding school that goes through high school freshman to college senior, luckily I'll be away from the Thompsons for the school year.

Chapter One
I finished off my last suitcase with my diary a pen and my booklight. I put my cat, Paris, in his cat carrier and looked around the room, most of my stuff was already at my dorm so it was empty all but some furniture. "I'm ready!" I yelled.
"Finally!" There was a flash behind me and Luna Night, my best friend appered in my bedroom. She was a black haired, purple eyed girl wearing a black T-shirt and dark blue jeans. She was a complete geek with her nose always stuck in a book or to a screen. She snapped her fingers and my stuff dissapered, "All your junk is in room 173b, now lets go!"
"Can we just take the bus, I hate transporting," she snapped her fingers again and the floor left from under my feet, when it reappeared we where standing on a large green campuss with huge brick buildings and tons of gardens.
"Alex! Luna!" a beach blonde haired girl in a green T-shirt and faded, dirt covered jeans came running up to us.
"Lily!" we squeeled, hugging her.
"You got in?" I asked .
""Duh!" She lifted her hand and a vine sprouted up from the ground next to her, "I'm an idiot at everything but plants."
"Heads up!" we ducked and a lightining bolt shot over our heads, I whipped around. He was the cutest boy I had ever seen, electric blue eyes, wavy black hair, a warm inviting smile. He was wearing a white T-shirt, a brown leather jacket, and jeans, "Sorry about that!"
"It's fine," I said as he ran over.
"Hi, I'm Brandon Sparks," He said.
"Alex Thompson, I'm new here," I said, "These are my friends, Luna and Lily."
"Well, my mom teaches here, but I'm new here, too," He said, "Well, I gotta go unpack, see you ladies at the starting banquet."
"Same here, bye!" We went up to the girls' dormitories and found room 173b, it was a lavender room with three twin beds, a long counter and a bookcase. Paris rubbed around my legs, "Hey Paris."
"I'll unpack, you guys..." Luna started and sighed, "Alex, go find your man!" I spun around and ran down the stairs and back outside onto the grounds.
