"Hey Andy, you seem to... ano ba iyon? Ah! You seem to enjoy the song" Nica said. "Ah... yeah wait, what you call in your language? The word, like" I asked. "Like... gusto" Mae answered. "Yeah... Gusto okay... it's just like I like the rhythm and the lyrics seems to be meaningful and I even want to understand what it is trying to tell me" I said. "Wait... in other words you want to learn how to speak and understand Tagalog" Nica said. "Yes I love too..."I answered. "Don't worry we will help you" they said in unison. "Thanks" I said.

Bawat araw sinusundan

Ano'ng aking dapat gawin

Bakit kaya umiiwas

Binti ko ba'y mayroong gasgas

Nais ko lang magpakilala

Dito'y mayroon sa puso ko

Munting puwang laan sa 'yo

Maari na bang magpakilala

After that, there was just like telling me sentences word for word. They are patiently teaching me and I was a little enjoying learning at natuto na din ako nang Tagalog paunti-unti and I kind of understand their culture a bit.

"How about the word, I get it" I asked. "Nakuha ko" Mae said. "Na-nakuha ko" I said. "Good, it is a little bit slang you should try to speak it not in a slang manner because people might confuse a little" Nica said. "Okay" I said.
