Connections

"Run Thea , run , run as fast as the wind and never look back run " I was running as fast as my legs could carry me,I didn't know why I was running or who was chasing me , all I knew was that a voice was telling me to run and run
"RUN "
All I could hear
"RUN"
So I listened and ran and ran and ran and when I thought I was safe ,I sat down on the grass , just as I was able to breath again after all the running I heard a growl, I looked back towards the trees and I saw red eyes looking straight at me ,it started coming towards me , I thought it was about to jump on me but it just stopped and stared at me , I thought I had the chance to run but it growled at me
I froze at that spot like my mind couldn't tell my body to move , I didn't know what to do I felt so helpless couldn't believe that my end has come , I closed my eyes so that I don't see how the beast would kill me but nothing happened , it took me some time before I finally opened my eyes ,
Instead of seeing a wolf I saw a MAN
"The legend has come forth"
That was all I heard before I felt something hit my head and I fell to the ground .

" Aaagggh " I screamed ,I jumped of the bed scared to death about what just happened before I realized that everything that just happened was just a dream a ...
"Bad dream" my mother asked when she came into my room
" yeah " I said ,
I looked up at my mother and saw the worried expression on her face
" mother it was just a dream , it doesn't mean anything "
My mother was a very superstitious lady
" but Thea .."
" no mother just a dream go back to bed , father would be home from the farm at any minute now, and you know he doesn't like it when we are awake when he comes back , so please mother go to bed"
" okay but if I hear any screaming .."
"You won't I promise " I cut her off before she could say more , I shut the door behind her, before going over to my bed , I laid down and tried to sleep but I couldn't, I just kept thinking about the dream I had , hearing the words of the man , over and over again in my head
" The legend has come forth " I said trying to put meaning into the words of the man , what does he mean by the legend,

"Thea I'm home get my food now you  child " my father called when he got back from the farm
" it here father , it's here "
I placed it on the table as he sat down to eat he took the chopsticks and started at the duplin , immediately he spat it out
" you idiot don't you know how too cook ,get out get out " my father shouted
"But father I......"
" I SAID GET OUT YOU CHILD " he said while throwing the table upside down
I quickly ran out not wanting to be punished
I ran and ran just like how I was running in my dream , before I knew it I was in the woods , the weird thing was , it looked exactly like the one in my dream, I studied the place more an realized it was ,
