I led Hannah to the woods,where it was private. We ran into a meadow. I startled her when I handed her a flower. I bent over and asked,"May I have this dance?" She smiled and curtsied "Of course,kind sir." We danced for what seemed like hours. Everything was just,perfect. But,not for long. We heard a voice call out"Did ya miss me?" Out from the bushes came,the not so dumb dummy, Slappy. "Zach,I thought your book sucked in all the monsters." Hannah said "It did!" "Then how is he back?" "I don't know!"
"Wait!" A voice called out. R.L came running towards us."The Invisible Boy didn't get sucked in." He was panting hard. His eyes directed to Slappy."And apparently not him either." "Well,what do we do?" Hannah asked. "Ummmmm.....run?"I suggested.
" Yeah,run!" We ran through the woods. We entered the town,but it was deserted. We tried the police office,no one. Hannah was now breathing heavily. "Zach,whatever happens..." I grabbed her shoulders."Hannah,nothings gonna happen,okay?" "I'm just afraid I'll loose you,again."
" I am too,but we can't let fear get in the way." She nodded.
"How sweet!" We turned to see Slappy. "But,I hate sweet." He laughed evily. I turned to Hannah."Climb on my back." She climbed on and held my neck. I ran,Stine right behind me. "You can't escape me!" I felt an invisible force pry Hannah off of me. Invisible Boy. He carried Hannah towards Slappy. Oh no he didn't. I ran after her,Stine calling after me. I didn't care if I died,as long as she's alive. Sweat ran down my forehead and down my neck. Hannah cried out,telling me to go back. I disobeyed and kept running.
