Kha'Darious and Cheyenne flew to Hawaii and on a private sunset wedding ceremony on the beach with just the two of them, a minister and one witness, they renewed their wedding vows. They eventually had two more children, a boy and a girl. Kha'Darious studied to become a paralegal and then he began working with Cheyenne, helping her to build her law practice and within five years Cheyenne and Kha'Darious had built the second largest female lead minority law firm in the state of New York.

With their money they set up a scholarship fund in Derrick's name to help inner city males go to college and they also built a qualified and capable team of lawyers and support staff, which freed them up to focus on their new passion and that was working at their nonprofit company called His Desires Her Desires where they helped repair and save literally thousands of marriages. And yes, Kha'Darious did continue to honor his word, his vows, his marriage, Derrick's legacy, and most importantly he honored God and remained faithful to Cheyenne.

Kha'Darious took to heart something that his pastor from Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn told him that remained with him for a long time. It helped him keep things in perspective and it also helped him to stay grounded and that was the following saying: In life, whatever we fail to truly repent of we are bound to repeat, only with greater consequences. And with that being said, Kha'Darious was finally cured of his Dogism.
