Lauren dreaded waking up in the morning, it consisted of things like makeup, changing & sleep.
But Of course the first day of senior year was a big deal.
Lauren buzzed off her alarm & quickly got up trying to start off the first day back on a good note.

"Hey lolo" said Dinah as she walked up to Lauren who was putting up decorations in her fresh new locker.
"Dinah I've missed you" she hugged her quickly
"It's not like we hung out all summer or anything"
"Dinah you basically lived at my house, but that doesn't mean I can't miss you when you're gone" Lauren smiled sweetly
Dinah rolled her eyes in a joking manor
"Have you spotted Mani?"
"Don't need to when she's walking this way, hey Mani bear" waved Dinah
"Girls looking fresh aren't we" Normani winked
"Yes, but mani, I want to hear all about this Shawn guy at lunch! I'm still hurt that I never knew you were dating someone till two weeks ago!" Lauren yelled as she put two fingers in front of Normanis face .
"Lauren you know I'm sorry I was really caught up back home"
"You told Dinah" Lauren's voice went higher

As Normani went to speak she was interrupted by Dinah calling out a name
"Camila hey" she waved
Lauren turned to the direction Dinah had yelled & her eyes immediately landed on a beautiful brunette with warm chocolate eyes and bright smile
She remembered her, Camila.
"Hello Dinah.." She smiled "Normani how are you?, and Lauren right ?" Camila said as she semi pointed to Lauren with a small smile & a questioning look
"I .. Uhm .. Yeah Lauren, that's me"
"I'm Camila" she smiled
"Sooo, how was your summer Camila?" Dinah said breaking the silence
"It was good, my best friend Ally just moved here, which just reminded me why I was even walking this way, I have to go get her from the counseling office, I'll catch you later Dinah, Normani nice seeing you & lauren, I hope to see you around" Camila said as she waved and walked away

Lauren watched as she walked off until she was completely out of sight
"What?" Lauren semi shouted in a confused look when she turned to see Dinah & Normani staring at her
"I saw that you know" Dinah said while winking
"Saw what?"
"That look, the stuttering, you think she's cute!" "Plus you're as red as a tomato "
"What? No ? What I can't just look at someone because your gaydar goes off & you think I have a crush"
"OH COME ON LOLO, You definitely have the hots for little old Camila" Normani semi yelled

It was freshmen year when Lauren had came out to her two best friends and family that she was lesbian .

"Ok she's really cute, I've never really noticed that but that's all. No feelings intended. No crush!"
"Yeah whatever Lauren, that's what you said last year about Keana Marie and then you guys dated for almost a year"
"I thought we wouldn't bring that up again mani"
"Yeah yeah, whatever. Anyway, what classes do y'all have? We better have at least one together or else I won't know how to survive"

They shared their schedules and made their way to their first class as the first bell rang starting off their first day in senior year.
