"Wow you look great for picture day," I said.
"Shut up Jaden!" Mandy shoves me. I chuckle. It was a very flirtatious shove... does she like me? NO! She can't like me! I may be hot, but she is my best friend she can't have interest in me! "I'm going to retake my picture," Mandy said.
"I honestly think you look great," I confess.
"Really?" She said blushing.
"I have a question," I said. My face started to get red.
"Anything," Mandy says fiddling with her rubber band she had on all the time. I loved that about her...HOLD THE PHONE... I meant as a friend.
"Uh... uh... never mind, I'm sorry," I hesitated. I couldn't ask her. I didn't want to sound rude.
"Oh, ok," Mandy said. She sempt sad. I felt bad.Mandy's P.O.V
After Jaden said that he had a question, I was so excited to hear what he had to say. Until he said never mind. I was sad.
It was awkward the way to the school. He kept on staring at me, and when I catch him, he looks away. I tried to talk to him, but he kept turning the opposite way. It was official, I was going to tell him. "Jaden, I got to tell you something," I felt my hands become sweaty.
"Yeah?" He sounded worried.
"I...i...i..." I couldn't stop stuttering; I was about to choke. Jaden's friend (Luke)saw me and Jaden walking together and came to join. "I-," I got cut off with Luke's loud talking. I had that huge chance to tell him and Luke blew it. I don't think I can try it again.Kira's P.O.V
Somehow I feel great now. I just went poop, took some Mirlax (constipation medicine), blew my nose and I feel great! I have five minutes to get ready. I brush my teeth, and hair, and change my clothes. I run to school with five minutes to spare. I saw Jaden and Mandy together; I was extremely jealous of the two. Twenty bucks she hasn't told him about her feelings.
