It's the first day of the last term of school for the year today. I look at the clock, 8:00, half an hour till school starts. I hung out in the office yesterday I do it each term the day before school starts, apparently we have 5 new students coming; a jock called Jack, a nerd called Cassie, a trouble maker called Ian, a goth called Maxine, and a rich girl called Rosie. I start to drift off, daydreaming about the past, when I hear people flooding into the hallways. I quickly get up and walk down the hallway towards the library, people can't see me not unless I want them to, so I can do anything I want, be any where I want. I pass another ghost a try to hide from him but he just smirks, walks up to me, taps my ass and walks off.
I quicken my pace, dodging all the people and not looking back. I finally made it to the library when the bell went. School has officially started. Once the hallways had cleared I decided I was going to go sit in the hallway to see the new kids on their first day.
It had been 25 minutes since the first period started, the new kid arrives, it's Cassie who looks like she's in a desperate hurry to get to class and isn't watching where she's going. She trips and her books and papers go flying. I want to go help her but I can't it would be too weird and I'd probably just make it worse. She eventually grabs everything she drops and runs into room 24, the room that's directly in front of me. I watch her stumble into class, the whole room looks at her before she stumbles into a seat right in front of the teacher.
I turn my attention back to the hallway where Jack and Rosie are walking down the hall, Jack looks like his trying to hard, and she couldn't careless, she is paying no attention to him what's so ever, in fact she looks a bit pissed off.As they are walking down the hallway they were about to enter the class room when Rosie quickly ducked off to the bathroom while Jack went to class.
There was only 10 minutes till break when Ian and Maxine turned up. Ian arrived first and a minute later Maxine followed both walking into room 24 where all the other new kids were.
The other ghost however had been in Pe they were playing dodge ball today. All the ghosts were walking down the hallway when Bellamy the leader stopped winked at me then continued walking. Bellamy is also the one who tapped my ass this morning.
In the group there were 5 boys and 9 girls; there was Bellamy who was the leader, Alex who is always followed bye his girlfriend Angie who used to be my best friend but then when we died she ditched me for Alex who she has had a crush on since she met him when she was 12. Them there is Michael who is dating Charlie she used to be the leader of the cheerleading squad. Then there is Bella and Marley the lesbians. Then there is Thomas and April, Tim who is dating both Sommer and Alyssa who don't seem to care that they have to share, and finally Peta and Maddie who were happily single.
The bell then went singling that it was break, I stood up and walked into the library, not wanting to be hit with the commotion of class ending. So I walked over to my corner and sat there waiting for break to end.
