One day in the Gems' bathroom, Peridot was feeling crazy bored. She knew a lot of stuff about the human world thanks to Steven. She didn't wonder "Is that a weapon?!" and just stared at the mirror, making derpy faces.
Suddenly she heard "SHING!!!" The gems had left to go do whatever they do. Peri wondered "Those clo-....gems left. Might as well go out." She did as she said and looked around the house, trying to find something to play with. Steven overheard her footsteps (He didn't go with the gems) and entered the living room. "Peridot? What are you doing outside the bathroom?" He asked. "I'm bored. What do you do when you're bored?" Peri asked.
"Umm.. I'm banned from TV so that's not an option...How about...stilts!We can pretend to be really tall!"
"You do that?"
"Umm...not really,I just saw a pair of stilts over there,"Steven said as he pointed towards the wooden stilts.
"You can go,ladies first!"
Peridot climbed up and almost fell off. She wobbled around, pretending to be tall.
"Peridot, can I try?" Steven asked.
"No!!!!" Peri angrily replied."I want to use these forever!!!"
She stood in the same spot for so long that she fell off!
"Oh shoot!AAAHHHH!!!!"
"THUMP!"
Suddenly,the gems came back from their mission. Pearl's eyes widened as she said "What happened?!"
Amethyst was laughing her butt off.
Garnet...was the usual Garnet.
In the end,Peri wasn't allowed to come out for a month. Steven...he got grounded in the human way.
Btw,the stilts were thrown away...and broken by Garnet.
This is my first story I think I did ok.
