I remember diving off the pier into the Atlantic Ocean. It was the most beautiful thing. Seeing the ocean, the light blue green waters. So clear it felt as if you could see forever. I remember never wanting to leave. So I decided to swim down farther, I wanted to see it all. I wanted to feel the wet sand between my toes, I wanted to run my hands over the fish swimming below me. I swam down farther and farther. I knew I would need to go get air but I didn't care. I just wanted to see everything. I remember closing my eyes for a split second and that was it. I couldn't open my eyes after that. I tried and tried for what felt like hours. When I finally got them open I expected to see the ocean. No, I opened my eyes and all I saw was red. I don't know what happened but all I could see was red. I could hear what sounded like millions of people screaming in the distance. I tried moving but I couldn't my arms and legs were chained to something. I screamed and that's when I noticed the burning. Burning pain and fire below me. Hell. That's where I had to be. Hell fire burning everywhere. The endless torture and pain. This wasn't the ocean anymore. It was a sea of red.
