"Miss Smith ur test results came back. Its positive. Congratulations." the words the nurse said to me played over and over in my head as i went to school the next day. Today was the last day of school and i need to find Jakwon. When i found him he was in the gym hugged up on some female whispering in her ear. I was disgusted. I walked up to them and stood there with my arms crossed.

"Jakwon"

No answer. . .

"Jakwon!"

"what!" he yelled

"I need to talk to you"

"ill holla at u later im busy"

"FUCK THAT! I NEED TO TALK TO U NOW! SO TELL YO LIL MICROWAVEABLE BITCH U'LL SLOB HER DOWN LATER!"

he whispered something in the girls ear and she left.

"wat do u want Akasha?"

"I haven't heard from u in week. I guess now i know wat u been up to. U aint spare my feelings so i aint gonna spare urs wen i tell u this. Jakwon im pregnant."

"I dnt kno why u telling me. It aint mine"

"wtf u mean it aint urs?! I was a virgin before i fucked u and yo ass didnt use no condom u bitch made nigga!" I went in my purse and took out my test results and threw it at him. " see u in court in 9 months nigga!"

I walked out the gym, tears running down my face. I needed to find Anita. I had to get out of here. Anita was waiting on me at her locker.

"Akasha wats wrong?"

" I need to get out of here. Can we leave. I dnt feel like being here."

" Aiight. U want me to take u home?"

"nah i haven't even told my mom im pregnant. Do u mind if i stayed with u?"

"yea u kno that's cool"

* 5 months later*

Ive been staying with Anita for a few months now and everything was going okay. I haven't seen or heard from Jakwon since that day in the gym. Im still mad but its whatever i can raise my son on my own. Anitas been such a good friend. She's been with me through everything. Doctors appointments, everything. Im happy we graduated before i got too big. I wouldve hated to have everybody giving me weird looks wen i walked across the stage.

Me and Anita was sitting on the porch playing cards wen a yellow truck pulled up.

"Akasha aint that Jakwon's truck?"

"man yea. What he want?"

"idk but im going in the house i aint trying to be a witness." we both started laughing. Before she got in the house Jakwon was already in the driveway.

"hey Anita!"

Anita stuck up her middle finger and went in the house. Jakwon looked at me up and down. I didnt say anything and started paying with my nails. I didnt have nothing to say to him.

" I see u gotten big"

I rolled my eyes and stayed quiet

"look Akasha i kno ive been an asshole but im sorry. I wanna start over. Let me take u out to eat?"

" idk i might be busy"

"come on. . . please?"

"aiight dang...."

* 4 months later *

Im 9 months and im bout big as hell. Me and Anita was chillin on the couch watching B.E.T wen my water broke.

"Anita! My water broke!"

"shit!"

Anita helped me up got me into the car to drive me to the hospital. 24 hours later Malachi Ellis Robinson was born.

" aww Akasha he's so cute. He looks just like Jakwon though"

"i just can't believe imma mom"

before any more words were said Jakwon walked in."Jakwon how did u kno i was here"

"Anita called me."

I was confused I thought they hated each other. Imma just brush it off. My son is here and imma focused on him

" look Akasha we've been kicking it for a while now and i wanna take it to the next step and do wats right for me and my family" he went in his pocket and pulled out a ring "marry me"

i was shocked and i think Anita was to cause she had a weird look on her face.

" ill have to think about it" he nodded his head

"aiight well ill be back imma go home and sleep."

after he left i was confused. I kno me and Jakwon was on speaking terms but i didnt think it was that serious.

"Anita what do u think i should do?"

" if u feel like its the right thing to do then do it but make sure u won't have any regrets later"

Before i went to sleep i did a lot of thinking i looked over at my son and decided to text Jakwon.

Me: yes ill marry u.

* 1 year later *

Malachi just turned one and is started to look more and more like jakwon. Me and jakwon is doing okay i guess but i feel like somethings off. I brushed it off and started doing laundry. Wen i went to get jakwon's clothes something fell out his pockets. Wen i went to pick it up i realized it was a used condom. What is he doing with them cause we dnt even use them. I had to call Anita.

Anita: hello

Me: I think Jakwon's cheating on me

Anita: how did u f- i mean how do u think he's cheating?

Me: i found a condom in his pocket. Look can u watch Malachi for me i need some air?

Anita: yea but i gotta go someones at the door. (click)

2 hrs later Anita comes. I thank her and get in the car and just drive and end up at the park. Wen i get back its dark and jakwon's car is here. As i walk up the driveway i hear music. I go around back and i look in the bedroom window. WTF!
