When Cleo is reprimanded from Miss Gunta for chewing bubblegum, Cleo thinks of it as the last straw. Outraged, and with the help of her best friend/"little sister" FeFe, Cleo creates a petition to destroy the rule of not allowing bubblegum. When Cleo's biggest rival, Coco, gets in the way, Cleo becomes determined to make a stand. After finding out that shy Lizzie and tomboy Danny can actually sing, Cleo comes up with her biggest plan yet: to create a singing group! With the members of FeFe, Lizzie, and Danny, Cleo may achieve all of her goals: to become noticed, defeat Miss Gunta and Coco, and make a stand! The Bubblegum Clique has arrived!
