The smell was putrid. It smelt like something had died. I could smell it before I even went around the corner. As I walked following the smell it got stronger and stronger until it was the worst near a drain. Holding my breath I tried to open the it but it was stuck. Reaching up down I give it one last pull with all of my strength and got it open. Opening the drain, I saw a sight that was quite a scene. There was rubbish scattered all around with sewage and rain water mixed in. There are low growls when I move towards the body and spot some stray cats who obviously live down here. Coming up to the body of someone I can't recognise but appears to be dead. But that smell could kill. He was as pale as a ghost and stone cold. Blood dripped from his face and neck. Scratch marks ran up his arms and chest. It looked like a wild beast had attacked him. I need to get help so I called an ambulance.
The rest of the day was a blur. I couldn't get that image out of my head. I hadn't realised I had made it home until I heard my mum call out ' how was your day sweetie?'
'It was just fine' I replied bluntly
'Would you like cake or a cookie? I've been baking all day' she said enthusiastically
'Sure, why not'
'By the way, your friend called and said he thinks your avoiding him' she said as I was racing up the stairs.
Picking up the phone I rang Sebastian
'So your going to talk to me now huh?''Yeah, sorry I've just had a lot on my mind lately. To make up for it would you like to go to the movies with me tonight?'
'Tonight...I'm really sorry but I can't come tonight maybe another time' He replied sadly.
As I was about to hang up the phone I heard a howl come through the phone. Thinking it was his dog I hung up.

I reached the front door on Sebastian's house and knocked. Hoping it would be answered by Sebastian, but was answered by his mum'Hello Mrs McFowl, is Sebastian here at the moment?' I asked politely
'Yeah his in his room, come in'
Mrs McFowl is one of the most friendliest mums you could meet. She looks like she is in her 20's but really she is 49. She has the strength of an elephant and the speed of a cheetah.'Hey seb, can I talk to you?'
'Any time any where. So what's going on?'
Sebastian's room is like any other teenaged boys room. A complete mess. His room has clothes, food and video games scattered around the floor. You couldn't take one step without stepping on something disgusting. His bed is like Pokemon mania. His sheets, pillow and blanket are all covered in Pokemon characters. He is a total gamer. His walls are blue and has navy carpet.
'Well yesterday in the math classroom I saw our teacher lying dead in the floor behind his desk bleeding. It looked like a wild beast had come and attacked him.' I explained
'Oh...um there's something I need to tell you. I kn-'
He was interrupted by his mum telling me it's time to go It was getting late.
'Talk to you later' I said as I was leaving.****************************
'Mum I don't like keeping secrets from her. I don't want to lose her. I really like her.' Whispered Sebastian'I know. You can't say anything, I think she's onto us.' Said his mum sternly
