A Chance at Love, Family, and Redemption (RoxelxSeverus)

In a place only heard of in legends sat an extravagant castle. This castle rested in the legendary Avalon thus giving the castle the name of Avalon Castle. Avalon itself rest in a dimension where only those of family or friends may reach. Our story starts with the head of the family Roxel. Who has been around since the beginning of time. Roxel’s past started when he had been kidnapped not long after he was born, about a year, and his kidnapper threw Roxel back to the beginning of time to fend for himself. Roxel had to deal with many abusive adopted families not once shone kindness due to Roxel’s weird mane of spiky flame like hair. As Roxel grew up he discovered his powers. Roxel then start training himself in every from of fighting he could find. He was always pushing his limits. Time past and Roxel discovered his portal abilities having remembered while training about his parents who where two nobodies name Axel and Roxas. Roxel then travel to different dimensions unlocking new powers and training. Finally after years Roxel decide to take a brake in a dimension of magic. Roxel then spent time there building a castle which was named Hogwarts. Roxel spent a few years in the castle till one day his life changed forever. That day was the day when two young boys and two young girls came across the castle. They were Salazar, Godric, Helga, and Rowena. Roxel decided to take them in as his own children. Years past and Roxel taught them about magic, and one day when the children had become adults. Godric grew up to a brave passionate powerful man, Salazar grew up to be a kind cunning powerful man, Helga grew up to be a kind loyal woman, and Rowena grew up to be a smart passionate kind woman. Godric and Salazar got together later on finding out they were and are soul mates. Rowena and Helga also got together and find out as well that they were and are soul mates. They then decide to make Hogwarts a school thus they became the Founders, and Roxel became once again a legend like he has before. Roxel didn’t care he just watched on happily. When time had come that the Founders time should be up Roxel took them to Avalon where they will live the rest of their immortal lives. The small family of five grew to a huge family of over 50 but only a few stayed in Avalon and chose to keep their immortality.

Now in the present Roxel is walking down a hall with one of his familiars Kyuukai (Japanese for long-cherished hope) a phoenix. Roxel just sighed he hated how everyone in his family had their soul mate and he was doomed to suffer. Don’t get him wrong he was happy for them but he wished that he had that someone special. His family would always say just wait maybe your soul mate isn’t born yet, but he was unsure to believe that since it has been centuries. Roxel had walked past a mirror and was going to keep going till Kyuukai trilled in shock. “Huh?” Roxel said confused till he noticed the mirror. This mirror wasn’t your normal mirror no this was the mirror of souls a mirror that when some looks into see not them self but their soul mate. The mirror of souls was medium size with ornate gold trim. No matter how many times Roxel had looked at it he saw nothing but this time he saw a person standing there facing him. With that Roxel potently fainted.

ROXEL’S POV

I came to seeing my adopted children staring at me worriedly (Salazar, Godric, Rowena, Helga, Merlin, and Arthur). “Father?” Sal asked. “The mirror…..I need to see the mirror.” I said in a broken voice. Kyuukai flashed out and back in with the mirror. “Father?” Sal asked again. I shakily grabbed the mirror and slowly brought it to my face and staring back at me was a person and in shock I threw the mirror onto the bed. “What is it?” Rowena asked. I was too shocked to reply but I mumbled out “I have…….a soul mate” “Oh my gosh!!” Rowena and Helga squealed. “Who is it Father?” Godric asked. “A seventh year Hogwarts Slytherin student.” “Well best get ready” Godric said. “What?!” I said in shock. “Do you really think any of us would let you stay here when your long awaited soul mate is out there.” Rowena said. “B-but….I refuse to go as a teacher” I said. “Well then aren’t you lucky you have a potions master as a son.” Salazar said cockily. “What?” “I happen to have the a de-aging potion on hand.” My eyes widen in shock. “Sorry Father but you have no say in this. You are taking this potion weather you like it or not.” Helga said. I gulp loudly as my 6 eldest children pounced. Merlin and Arthur helping Salazar pour the potion down my throat as Godric, Rowena, and Helga helped hold me down. Sighing I didn’t even fight and allow the potion to take effect. With that my body quickly shrunk to the height I was at when I was seventeen which was instead of almost 7 feet I was now 5”11. Once the process was completed everyone stepped aside to allow me to stand up. “Dang I’m short again.” I complained as I was now just a little shorter than Merlin and he was the shortest of my 6 eldest children. Everyone laughed at that. “Well now father you need to remember.” Merlin said. “Remember what?” I asked. “You have to act like a student not show you have a masters in Charms, Defense, Potions, History, Herbology, Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures, and Healing.” Arthur said. “Oh well that is gonna be hard.” I said. “Well we are all set.” Salazar said. “How?” “We got all the books since Rowena has us buy any new books that get out.” “Oh so we have everything?” “Just about we need to let Dumbledore know about a exchange student.” “Okay so how are we going to explain that?” “Simple you where home schooled in Japan and have just moved to England to finish your schooling at Hogwarts.” Rowena said. “Okay but what about the parents cause no one looks similar to me.” I asked. “Hhmmm that is gonna be the hard thing but one of us has to act as your parent” Helga said. “That is gonna be weird.” I said. “Ya, but I say Godric and Salazar do it.” Rowena said. “Huh?” Godric, Salazar, and I said. “Agreed Godric has red hair and blue eyes and Salazar has greens. Which Father has.” Arthur said. “Okay but how are we going to explain the names and both of them being male?” I asked. “The truth Sal and Godric are soul mates so they could have children.” Merlin said. “Okay and the names?” Godric asked. “Simple both Godric and Salazar’s parents where fans of Hogwarts and like the founders names so much decide to name you after them. Plus Salazar will try and avoid talking to snakes and so will Father.” Rowena said logically. “Okay check only talk to snake when 100 percent positive no one will hear” I said. Then one of our house elves Chief brought everything Sal, Godric, and I would need. “Thank you” I said making sure everything was set. “Okay we got everything.” “Mirror of souls?” Sal asked. “Check wouldn’t dream of leaving that behind it is in the bottomless bang with a parseltonge password.” I said. “Okay good so we are all set to go” Godric said. “Ya I guess so. Hey remember if you need anything just head over no matter what.” I said. “Got it Father” The rest shouted and with that Sal, Godric and I headed off to the world of Wizards and dear old Hogwarts.
