*Alex POV*
*2 Weeks Later*
Everything had gone back to normal for the most part. Gabi had come back from her day care type camp and Miriam was going to college like before. But it felt like a piece of our family was missing. And it was the boys of One Direction.
I mean don't get me wrong, the boys and us skype, call, text, you name it, every day. But its not the same as it would be if they were here.
"Alright Gabs, lets get you your lunch," I say as i wheel her into the kitchen.
I strap on her bib and go to get today's meal. I was feeding her yogurt and was moving onto her cereal when the doorbell rang.
"I got it," Miriam yelled from across the house.
A few minutes later Gabi was done eating and was getting really tired.
"Let's get you to bed, love" I said as i pushed her down the hall to her bedroom. Her bed was like an over sized crib so she couldn't roll out. and one i got her into it and sang her to sleep, i went to find Miriam.
"Who was at the door?" I asked as i strolled into the room.
"No one, just these two envelopes." she answered holding them up for me to see.
One was labeled for each of us,
"Have you opened your yet?"
"Nope, i was waiting for you," she said handing me my letter.
"On three, One... Two... THREE!" I said and we tore into our letters.
Alex,
Baby I miss you so much. I promise i'll come visit soon. But since i can't be there I want you to have a piece of me. That necklace means a lot to me, and i want you to have it. Now a little bit of me will always be close to your heart when you wear it. Your ankle will be all healed soon, right? Well i hope so because i can't bear to see you in pain any more. I love you so much!!:) Be back soon,

I reached into the envelope and cool metal touched my fingertips. I grabbed the chain and pulled out the necklace. It was his paper airplane on He wore everyday, and he had given it to me. I blushed and closed my hand around the pendant.
I pulled it around my neck and fastened the clamp behind me. The metal was cold against my skin and i decided i would never take it off.
"I looked over at Miriam who's eyes were cloudy. She quickly wrapped me into a hug and she couldn't wipe the small smile off of her face.
*Miriam POV*
I opened my letter and knew who had written it immediately.
Princess,
I feel like a coward that i wasn't able to say this to your face. But, You're perfect. If Hayes can't see that then he's blind. You're everything a guy could ever want, well at least i know that i want you. I want you more than I've wanted any girl to be my girlfriend. Yes i said it, my girlfriend. It's an opening in my life and i would love for you to fill ti. When i was in Texas it felt like you did, and now that i've left its empty again. I just wanted you to know that I can show you what a real relationship is like, if you would give me the chance.
When i first saw you my breath stopped, i know this sounds cheesy like in movies or something but it's true. You ran straight into and i felt sparks, and then when you looked up at me they intensified. Then Louis just had to cut in and embarrass the both of us, but you played along and made me laugh about it all. You are the only girl that has ever had that affect on me, and i want to keep you forever.
You have to end your thing with Hayes for us to be together, because i know that's all that i want. Please think about us because i know that i do all day long and when i sleep at night i dream of you. Now i sound like a creeper haha... but just think about it please.

H-he likes me? I have no doubt in my mind that he is what i want, too. I hugged Alex, knowing what I had to do. I held onto her and she held on back.
"Niall?"
"Yeah, I need to talk to my parents. I'm done with their bullshit."
"Everything will work out, I promise," Alex assured me as she pulled away.
"I'm going to tell Hayes to meet me somewhere, I'm ending this once and for all."
Alex shifted a little and a reflection of light went into my eyes, and i looked at the new necklace she was wearing.
"Is that Harry's?"
She nodded and blushed, looking down at it.
"He really likes you, Alex,"
"I know, i just hope he knows how much i care for him, too"
I smiled and nodded. I left to settle some things that needed to be done.
*Alex POV*
I grabbed my phone off of the coffee table and clicked onto twitter.

I attached a picture of me with the necklace around my neck and sent the tweet.
I decided to go swimming, i went upstairs and changed into my light pink bikini and headed outside. I jumped into my massive pool and just swam around for a while.
*Miriam POV*
I went upstairs and texted Hayes.
Meet me at the Starbucks close to the mall tomorrow. We need to talk.
I just hope everything works out so Niall and i can be together. My parents can suck it and so can Hayes.
