I heard Melissa walking into Scott's room and tugged Stiles away from the window, "Hey, Scott, I'm gonna go to..." she paused, " ...sleep. Seriously..." she mumbled. Stiles looked at me unsure, shrugging I gave him the thumbs up. We began to climb up cautiously, I lagged behind Stiles as I ensured his safety. Descending into the room, the sudden light inflammation burned my eyes as I shrieked.
"Stiles? Evelyn? What the hell are you two doing?" Ms. McCall asked, a baseball bat resting firmly in her hands as she looked at us confused.
"What are we doing? God, do you even know how to play baseball?" Stiles questioned, I smirked after remembering the incident where Scott had nearly hit him. Him having told me embarrassed after both Scott and I were bitten.
"What?" Melissa asked as Scott entered the room, his eyes travelling between Stiles and I, to his mother.
"Can you please tell your friends to use the front door?" Melissa asked disbelief laced in her tone as she shook her head. She began to make her way out.
"You locked the front door, they wouldn't be able to get in!" Scott exclaimed, looking at his mother.
"Exactly! And, by the way, do either of you care that the police made a curfew?" she asked, looking over her shoulder,
"No," we replied simultaneously as I shrugged, falling onto Scott's bed.
"No? Alright, then, you know what? That's enough parenting for me for one night. Good night!" she exclaimed before exiting the now slightly less crowded bedroom.
Stiles and I slept over that night, to discuss and catch up with each other. Both Scott and I were going through similar situations and I thought it was best if we discussed how we were actually dealing with it. This resulted in a very interesting night, where we exchanged information we had collected.
I rolled my eyes at Scott and Stile's conversation during Science, in which we had just been handed our test results. Me not receiving any as I had not arrived to the so-called test, that Stiles had failed to inform me of.
"No. I'm studying with Allison after school today," Scott said shutting down Stiles offer of studying with him.
"That's my boy," Stiles said clapping Scott on the back, "We're just studying," Scott said, a blush rising on his cheeks as he frowned.
"Uh, no, you're not," Stiles said resting back into his chair, "No, I'm not?" Scott asked confused, as Stiles stared at him dumbfounded.
"Not if I'm forced to live vicariously through you. If you go to her house today and squander that colossal opportunity, I swear to God I'll have you de - balled." Stiles exclaimed as he glared at Scott disapprovingly.
"Okay. Just - Stop with the questions, man." Scott said caving in.
"Done. No more questions. No more talking about the Alpha or Derek. Especially Derek - who still scares me." I chuckled at that. Stiles turned and looked at me.
"Derek's not scary, he's like a little puppy," I said tauntingly, howling in a joking manner. Stiles stared at me in shock as I mocked him. "You and Derek are creepily close you know?" I laugh catching Harris's attention as he turns to glare at me. "Hall, to the principle's office."
