Chapter 10~Going away

KAYLAS POV

It's been one week since Ethan finished his suspension, I'm now in my room packing my bag for a 10 week holiday with Ethan and his family. My mums gone away on a business trip so she's coming home tomorrow, picking up Cal and then flying over to Sydney, seeing as I'm staying the night at Ethan's tonight and we're leaving at 4 in the morning. I zip up my big black suitcase filled with lots of clothes. Luckily we get the while package in Sydney a nice hotel in the CBD with a pool and everything you can think of. Ethan and I are sharing a room with double bed, his parents are sharing a room and bed and his sisters are sharing a room with two single beds. I take my suitcase off the bed and wheel it down stairs I grab my backpack and handbag and take it all down stairs. I go back upstairs and go into Cal's room I give him a big  hug "bye big brother, I'll see you in two days okay?" "Bye" is all he could say. "How about I walk you to Ethan's house" he says getting up from his bed. We walk downstairs and he grabs my suitcase as I grab my backpack and handbag and slip my shoes on. We then walked out the door, down the driveway and onto the Karpathy driveway and then I rang the door bell. Ethan instantly opened the door, he took my suitcase off Cal and I said my goodbyes to Cal, he then went back home and Ethan and I went straight up to his room. We got ready for bed, had dinner and went straight to sleep. I went into the guest room and he went into his room.

"Kayla, Kayla" I wake up to Ethan shaking me get me to wake up. "What?" I ask "we've got to leave in 20 minutes!" He said as I quickly jumped out of the bed. I changed my clothes and walked my face, put on some simple make up and when grabbed my backpack and handbag. Both Ethan and I ran down stairs and jumped into the taxi, his dad came with us and sat in the front, we were taking two taxis to the airport.  Once we got to the airport we jumped out and waited for Ethan's mum and his two sisters. They came 5 minutes later and then we all got our boarding passes and grabbed some McDonalds then waited for the plane. We boarded the plane as soon as we could. The Voice Kids let us fly business class which was better, even though it was only a 1 and a 1/2 hour trip.

We landed at Sydney airport  and then got off last so that there wasn't a bug rush. We got into a maxi taxi  so that we could get the same taxi. Once we got to the hotel we checked in and went straight to our room. We unpacked and then Ethan had to leave for a photo shoot. Whilst I was waiting for Ethan to finish his shoot I took Tahlia and Jamie down to Starbucks for a milkshake. Tahlia and I now have a bond, we're almost like being real sisters, Jamie and I have one too but because she's younger she's a lot more clingy which isn't too bad because Im good with younger children. We then went back up to the hotel and found Ethan in the lobby, we all went back up to the hotel in the lift together. In the lift I started to get a call, from Gemma? "It's Gemma" I say to Ethan as we walk out of the lift and towards the hotel door. I hear crying from the other side of the phone, Ethan unlocks the door and we all walk in, I go straight to mine and Ethan's room and sit on my bed"Gemma, Gemma, what's wrong?" I ask her "J-Jakob b-broke up w-with me" she says stuttering from the crying. "What?!" Is all I could say "OMG I'm so sorry! Don't worry he will come around!" I try to encourage her. "Look honey, I have to go I'll text you later okay?" I say  "o-okay"is all she could fit out of her mouth as she hung up on me.

I walked outside and sat next to Ethan who was watching TV with Jamie and Tahlia played on her phone. I walked over and say next to Ethan "Jakob broke up with Gemma" I whispered into his ear "your kidding me NO!" He said out loud "can you maybe talk to Jakob about them?" I ask him "yeah I'll see" he answers.
Ethan gets up and goes to the room, he gets to the hallway and I watch him as he does so, he then tells me to come over so I do so. He already has his phone to his ear and then we walk into our room. He puts the call on speaker as Jakob picks up "hey" answers Jakob
"Hey" Ethan says
"Look ethan I broke up with Gemma, I didn't mean to, it just came out of my mouth when we were on the phone and then she hung up on me"
"Look just text her, talk to her , go to her house, go apologise and say you want her back. K now go get her!" Ethan says hanging up

GEMMAS POV

I sat on my bed and just cried into my pillow, I then got up and went into the bathroom, I washed my face and re did my make-up. Then the door bell went, it must be the pizza I ordered, I went down stairs and opened the door to find Jakob,I instantly shut the door on his face but failed when he put his foot in front of the door to stop it "look Gemma, I'm sorry. Please look at me" I turned around to look at him with a red rose in his hand, he hands me the rose "why are you here" I ask him. "I want you back, I made a mistake, your the love of my life, one day I'm going to marry you, and you know that in your heart you feel the same way" he kissed me and we kissed all the way upstairs to my room...

KAYLAS POV

I was about to go to sleep when I started to get a call from Gemma, I grabbed my key card for the hotel room and walked out. "Hello?" I answered the phone
"OMG OMG OMG" Gemma said excitedly
"What?!" I whispered seeing as it was 12:30 in the morning.
"So Jakob came to my house and my parents are out at a special anniversary dinner and well we did it!"
"What!" I laughed
"You heard that right!"
"Sorry I have to go text me the details ok!" I say hanging up
I walked back into the hotel and into mine and Ethan's room. "Who was that?" Ethan ask me as I jump into my bed
"It was Gemma, she said that her and Jakob had make up sex"
"Really!?" He said getting out if his bed and into mine snuggling into me
We both fell asleep in each other's arms...
