The plan sounded simple once we got to our hide out.. But we knew it was going to be difficult.

Chapter 3

Mitch sat in the chair across from Maleficent, tapping his fingers on the arms. His mom was smiling devilishly.
"Now, my Mitch," she began, sitting up. "You and everyone will go to Auradon. Hidden in the school, is a special object that will free us from the Isle of the Lost. You are to find that object, and by then, use it to destroy the barrier and free us!" Mitch only nodded his head and kept tapping his fingers on the arm.

Kirstie was talking to the Evil Queen, her looking in the mirror and applying more cosmetics on.
"Oh, mother! I can already imagine what it would be like in Auradon..." Kirstie sighed happily, smiling in the mirror her mother was using. "So many outfits, beautiful things, cute boys..."
The Evil Queen put down her blush compact and brush and turned to look at Kirstie. "You're such a misfit, my darling. You'll never get love," She stated as if it were so simple. Kirstie frowned. The Evil Queen smirked. "Not looking like that you're not." Kirstie then smiled and watched as her mother grabbed something and held it up to her face.

"Makeup, is what makes a girl beautiful. Makeup, jewels and nice clothing." The queen said, putting blush on her daughters cheek.
"What a lie." Mitch muttered, earning a glare from Malefincent. Maleficent gave her son a dirty look at first but then replaced it with the dirtiest smile. "Why say that Mitchell?" Mitch looked up from staring at the table and looked at his mother.
"Women don't need that shit to be beautiful, beauty is skin deep. Natural beauty is the most goregous thing a women can have."

Kirstie looked at Mitch.
"That's... Really surprising of you to say that." She said. She felt a hand on her chin that brought her back looking at her mother.
"Stay where you are, child. Not done with you." Kirstie sighed and just let her mother do what she wanted.
Esther was near the kitchen with her mother, talking about what to watch out.
"Why is it surprising?" Mitch asked. "Because you are a villain sweetheart. Villains don't have a heart and what you said is well.. Disgusting." Maleficent explained looking at her son.
"Mother. We are humans, we do have a heart, you know that right?!"

Mitch groaned in anger as he stood up and walked to the balcony on their tower. From there, he saw the Auradon, and sighed.
"Mitchell, we don't. Especially you. Unless you want to stop this and live your life a goody two-shoes, then I suggest you stop this nonsense immediately. Like my mother had always said, you can spend your life attending to the poor, or you can be evil, where doing less is doing more."
Mitch's knuckles turned white as he gripped the bar tightly.

"Mitch, think about it," Esther yelled from the kitchen. "We were born Devils, just like our parents."
"Yeah!" Kevin yelled back. "Listen to Esther."
Mitch's eyes turned an emerald green as he got madder by the second. All he wanted was for them to shut up!
"Guys, don't bother Mitch anymore." Kirstie tried to tell them. However, they kept going.
"Will yah shut the hell up, Kirstin?!" Esther exclaimed. "He needs to learn we're evil. We're dead, we're rotten to the core-!"

"CAN YOU ALL JUST SHUT UP?! MAYBE I'M TIRED OF BEING 'EVIL'. I WANT TRUE LOVE. I WANT HAPPINESS. I WANT TO HAVE KIDS AND RAISE THEM THAT GOOD WINS. BECAUSE IT DOES. I HATE BEING THE VILLAIN! I FUCKING HATE IT!" Mitch yelled angrily, receiving looks from everyone.
Maleficent's head shot up from where she was sitting and looked at her son.
"Mitchell, stop this. You're talking crazy. I'll be damned that you actually think that." She scolded. Mitch growled at her.
"Because I do, Maleficent!" He yelled. Mitch turned back around to stare out at Auradon. "Look how happy Auradon looks. Why can't I live there..?"

"Because they're pathetic!" Maleficent screamed. "Do you want to waste your time in there, acting like you're one damn hero?" She asked her son in a dangerous tone. "... When you're far from being one?" She added, slowly calming down. Mitch was speechless. He always sees his mother rage, but not to him.

There was silence. No one said anything. No one did anything.

"I... I..." Mitch stuttered. He looked down from the balcony and faced his mother once more. He then scanned everywhere, looking at everyone. "If y'all need me... You know where to look." Mitch said before jumping off the balcony.
"Mitch!" Kirstie exclaimed as she jumped off of her seat and ran to the balcony. She looked over and saw Mitch running towards the ally.

Maleficent looked to Kirstie with pride and Kirstie's face was concerned. She looked down instead.

Esther walked next to Kirstie. She put a hand on Kirstie's shoulder, who quickly spin out of her comfort.
"Don't touch me," she snapped. "Leave me alone!" Kirstie walked away, leaving everyone to be in an awkward silence.

Kirstie walked out of the tower and towards the ally Mitch had gone away towards.
She look around. "Mitch?" She called out. "Mitch, it's just me! Kirstie, your... Best friend."
Mitch's footsteps echoed through the ally as he walked out of a corner so he was see able by Kirstie. He gave her a small smile. "There's the princess I was hoping to see." He said as Kirstie smiled back.
"And there's my little witch I was hoping to have a smile plastered on his face." Kirstie joked back, causing Mitch to giggle. She walked in front of Mitch and put a comforting hand on his left arm. "Hey, Mitch, I know you want to go... Just not for the reason your mother wants."
Mitch shook his head. "I don't, but I can't let her down, Kirst." He turned around and looked at the pitch black alleyway. "Us girls in the dark like night, why got give us a little light?" Mitch said as his hands glowed a bright green. He threw his hands towards the direction and watched as the alley lit up.
Kirstie smiled at Mitch. "You got a great deal of making up spells." She giggled. Mitch turned around and raised an eyebrow.
"You really think I make those up?" He asked. Kirstie did the same thing, but with a smirk. Mitch sighed and smiled. "Maybe I do... A lot."

After talking for a little while, Mitch and Kirstie decided to go back to the tower. As horrible as the idea was, when they got back, their parents were no where to be seen.
