Chapter 5:Return to Fairy Tail

'I-I'm dying.' Natsumi and Sting both totally forgot about the possibility they still had their motion sickness. So their traveling was all about sitting on their parent's lap and listening to the stories Jill was reading.

Natsumi was sitting with her father, he was slowly rubbing circles on her back. "There there sweetie. We already travelled far. At the next station Sting and his parent's will be at their destination. And after that we'll have just thirty minutes left for ourselves."

"....aye" She replied weakly.

They had already travelled for three days. And in a half an hour she'll be in Magnolia. She can't wait to see everyone again.

Their new house was an apartment with two bedrooms. Natsumi thought it was familiar, and when they walked inside she recognized it. It was the same building Lucy lived!

Everything in Magnolia was still the same, all the shops were still there and there were as many people as she remembered. And within a few minutes she reached the guild hall and she couldn't be any happier. She held her Happy plushy tight and walked through the gate.

She saw the little shop where Max sold little supplies and saw him talking to some visitors. And she recognized some more people.

There was Warren, Reedus, and many more. But when she stood in front of the door leading to the guild hall. She suddenly got nervous. What if no one believed her? She was scared and hugged her Happy even closer.

"Are you lost little girl?" she turned her head fast towards the person who asked the question and her eyes lit up.

Gray!

She forgot to answer so Gray spoke again as he knelt down to her own height. "Were are you parents?"

She blushed as she realized she was just staring at him. "They're at home."

"I see. Do you know where you live?"

"Yes."

"Would you like me to walk you home?" He asked kindly.

"No, I'm good."

Gray had no idea how to react. "What's your name?"

"Natsumi."

"Why did you come to Fairy Tail?"

She looked at him, the sadness in her face was replaced with happiness and determination. "To become part of Fairy Tail and reunite with my nakama again!"

'Again?' Gray smiled. "Well I'm sure you can be welcomed here. You can help out in the guild hall and if you know any magic you can become one of the Fairy Tail wizards."

The girl eagerly nodded and he held his hand out. "Come I'll introduce you to everyone and we can give you our mark."

She took his hand. "But Gray, I already know everyone."

Gray looked surprised....., how did this kid know his name? She just laughed. "You don't recognize your own rival? Ice princess."

Gray's expression was hilarious. "N-Natsu!?"

It had taken a bit of explaining. But Gray understood. "Alright I believe you. But just to be sure. Tell me something only Natsu would know."

Natsumi thought for a second. "Well I know you're an idiot who tried to sacrifice himself to save his dumb child-hood friend. The one named Lion or something. He tried to bring back the demon that destroyed your village and took Ur."
