  - I skipped the rest of the training, didn't want to bore you guys too much. - Quinn Handy.-

Its the day before the interviews, the day to impress the Gamemakers. Caitlin and I go to the training room and wait outside for our turn to go in. I will go last because the boys of the district go after the girls of the district.

I'm finally up, but when I walk in the Gamemakers look tipsy. I grab the Zulu Throwing Knives and throw one. It slices off the dummies head. I throw two more. One hits the gut and the other hits the pelvis. I hear the Gamemakers laugh so I turn around. They weren't even watching me! I yell, "You drunkards! I'm supposed to get fair judging, but you're tipsy!" I knock out a couple of lights and stalk out of the room, without them telling me.

When I get back the scores are being shown. Both of the tributes from district one get the score of seven. The girl tribute from district two, Aspen, got an eight, while the boy tribute, Torn, gets a seven. The tributes of district three, Kyle and Fallon, both got eights. The tributes of four, aspen and John, both get a nine. The tributes from district eight, Noah and Kaylee (I tuned out everyone else's scores but these two and ours) both got nines. Now they were someone to reckon with. Catlin got a five, but I got an eight.

"Wait, how did I get an eight if I didn't listen and got the Gamemakers mad?" I ask. I guess they just loved the light show or something. We head off to bed so we can get ready for the interviews. I wake up and my stylist, Rachel, gets me in a black suit with the same kind of gems, But she tells me to walk with it on. I do just that, walk to the elevator. Eden says I look great, even a little bit on fire when I walk. I don't understand until I reach a mirror and look at myself when I move. It looks like I'm on fire!

Caitlin is dressed in an orange dress, so that when she moves, her dress looks black. We head downstairs, and wait in line while Caesar Flickerman calls our names one by one. I am going to be the last one so I kind of lose focus almost immediately. I see Caitlin go up and start to listen. "So Caitlin, what's going on between you and Ryan?" "Well Caesar, nothing. We really are just friends." "Are you disappointed about that, Caitlin?" "Not in the slightest. I' just want him as my ally." Ring ring ring. "That's the buzzer." I hear my name called and I go upstage.

"So Ryan. How is the capitol treating you?" "It's treating me well, Caesar. I love the food, but I could never forget the people." " So what's going on between you and Caitlin?" "I really couldn't tell you anything more than what Caitlin said." Well at least tell us if you love her or not." "Caesar, I like her as a friend and a brother, but as of now, I do not love her." Ring Ring Ring.

I go back to the room and see Caitlin waiting for me. We talk strategy for a while, but I get to thinking. "Caitlin, do you really like me or just friends." "Ryan, now your sounding just like Caesar." "I know but, I would like to know the truth." "I don't really know, Ryan." After all this confusing talk, we go to our separate rooms and fall asleep.

- I need one vote on this chapter and one comment to right the next part early, like this afternoon sometime. so egg me on as much as possible cuz I have all the time in the world. Quinn Handy-
