Chapter One
Robin's POV
I am so glad that it's Friday. Nothing can ruin Fridays. Even the name of the day is cool. Fri- day. Hmmm.... It reminds me of French fries.
Rumble
What the-
Rumble. My stomach growls again. Ugh. I pull the covers off of me and swing my legs over the bed. I curl my toes into the Sheep wool carpets, and open my eyes.
I wipe the "sand" from my eyes. Ugh, stupid sandman. One night, I'll just stay awake the whole time and slap him. Well, he doesn't exist... But still!
I trudged out of my awesome room, down the stairs and into the kitchen. I made my way to the fridge and pulled out the leftover plate of French fries- yum! I shoved it into the microwave and heat it up.
Beep! Finally!!
Munch munch munch.
When I finished my yummy breakfast, I went back to my room. Ok, I have an hour before school. Perfect.
I walked into my master bedroom- sized bathroom, and started the shower. Locking the door, I took off my clothes and stepped into the shower.
I loved the feeling of each water droplet falling down onto me, warming up my body. I quickly washed my body with my awesome strawberry and coconut body gel, and washed my ginger hair with strawberry and mango shampoo and conditioner.
Reluctantly turning off the shower, I slipped on my fuzzy robe, and blow dried my hair. I brushed my hair and my teeth with my strawberry blast flavored toothpaste- I LOVE STRAWBERRIES.
I skipped happily back into my room to get dressed. My room is pretty cool. When you walk into my room, my door is a dark blue. The first part of my room has dark purple walls, with a couple of dark blue picture frames with pictures of Jojo- my dog, and Destry- my best friend. There is a very soft, dark brown couch with a soft, cotton blanket draped on the arm of it. There is a black coffee table in front of the couch, and then hanging on the wall, there is a plasma screen tv. There is a tall, thin red shelf that holds are wide range of movies. Then, the second part of my room is divided off by a black curtain. When you go through the curtain, you enter my bedroom part. My bed is on against the wall, with a mahogany frame. My covers are red and my sheets are white. My walls are a light green. There is a cool paper chandelier that is shaped like a sphere. I have a desk, and a walk-in closet. There is also a window seat, where the window can be opened and you can climb through the window to a small balcony.
It's a pretty cool room.
I step into my closet and pick my outfit. I slip on a dark colored, acid wash pair of skinny jeans, a grey tank top, and my yellow and gray, striped cotton hoodie with sleeves that stop at the elbows.
I look in my mirror, satisfied, and grab my shoes and back pack. Running down the stairs, I am followed my Jojo, my puppy. I sit down on the last step, and pat my lap. Jojo sits on my lap, and I scratch behind her ears.
"Good morning Jojo." I coo. She wags her tail in response. I place her on the floor; and shove my feet into my knee-high red converse that reminds me of the McDonalds clown's shoes. I tie my shoes and slip on my white and black checkered backpack.
"Mom, I'm going to school" I yell out into the air. "Okay honey, see you later!" she yells back.
I skip off to the garage, grabbing my keys from the hook on the wall. I unlock the doors and slip into my silver Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Oh ya, I have an amazing car!
Pulling out of the drive way, I turn on the radio, and switch it to my iPhone 4 iPod music. I hum along to "Waiting outside the lines" by Greyson Chance. Personally I think it's a very inspirational song.
