My Journey ***COMPLETED***

Yesterday, I ran away. Why? I’m not sure. Technically I didn’t run away, that implies I left without consent; that no one knows where I am. But my dad knows, he let me go, he even filled up my car with gas before I left. He let me go because he knows I needed to escape. He understands, he’ll put a little money in my account every now and then, keep my phone paid for and school taken care of.

Hi, I’m Jordyn, I just started my junior year in high school. I left with my clothes, school stuff, my important belongings, and my 2002 Toyota Tundra. I hope to get a 2010 tundra soon. My home life isn’t bad at all, I just needed my space for now. Needed an adventure.

I’m all set to go to high school in San Clemente, California when I get there tomorrow, thanks to my dad. I’m going to live in a house by myself, again, thanks to my dad. Of course I’ll miss my friends and family. My brother and sister just started college; they’re twins, Jesse and Jake.

By now, I’m sure my dad has told them where I’m going and why. That was our deal, wait until I called him the next day until he told them I wasn’t at school that day and I wasn’t coming home that afternoon.

Right now I’m in Denver, Colorado. Pretty good for one day, right? I’ll start again in a couple hours, be in L.A. by tomorrow. I got a job in San Clemente too. Time to eat, then hit the road.
