*Melanie's POV*
I am sitting here, in this stuffy room, bored. Again. Just another day. The clock is ticking, but doesn't seem to be moving. Ms Rowe's mouth is moving, but I can't hear her, I've zoned out.
'Melanie, what was the answer to my question?' askes Ms Rowe. I have no idea, nor do I care. All I want to do is get out of this dreary place.
'Sorry Miss, I don't know what your question was.' I replied.
'Zoning out again Melanie. Tomorrow I want 700 words on paying attention in class. By tomorrow.'
Then the bell rings. Great, more work to add to the endless list of things to do. I rush out of the classroom, grab my lunch and sit down with my friends. My friends and I sit tucked away, around a corner. Lien and Bella are already there. Bella is describing some theory she has - she is very smart and works really hard for a 14 year old. She is younger than all of us, because she came from England and their education system was different, but she still seems to be smarter than all of us. Bella's idea is soon interrupted by stories from an anime Lien is describing. Lien is Cantonese girl (She's from Hong Kong) and is a obsessed with manga and anime! That is literally all she will talk about. I wonder how she has time to do anything, cause all she is doing is watching a series for the third or fourth time. She is really good at drawing the characters too! Lien and Bella are so talented.
I just sit here, bored. Don't get me wrong, they are nice but they have different interests, so I just sit here. I must be miserable to hang out with because I either don't care or complain.
Soon the bell goes, so I get ready for my next class. And the day goes on, and on, and on. That's my life.
When I get home, I go straight to my room. It is at the very top of the house (it used to be an attic, but was converted so I woudn't have to share a room with my brother). The walls are wooden, and my pink decorations make the room cosy and cute. My bed is beautiful, queen sized, and thin pieces of pink, silky material hang over it. It is not like a little girl's princess room, but it is cute.
I sit down and quickly get the essay over and done with. Then I can hop onto my bed, and watch YouTubers as they tell their stories of the interesting life I wish I had.

*Taiyo's POV*
This anime world is based off of free! However, I don't own this Anime series or its characters.
Ugh. Another swim meeting. I can't believe that Haru expects us to swim in the middle of winter! He can be so obsessed sometimes. It doesn't matter what he's doing, he's still wearing his swim trunks. Gross. He even bathes with them on. I imagine he sleeps in them too. He says he doesn't care about his time and yet he so desperately wants to beat everyone.
Me being a first year, I have to listen to what the 3rd years say. Sure, they will graduate at the end of the year and they have a lot of studying to do, but they come back to this swim club to train anyway. It's so amazing that even the graduates Haruka and Makoto come back even now. It's kinda cool to know that they care about this so much, but so far our team isn't doing so well. Hiru is somewhat decent at freestyle, Ryuuko is pretty good at butterfly, Shiro is great at breaststroke and then you have me, Taiyo, the somewhat okay girl who specialises in backstroke. I may not be the best swimmer out there, but with everyone being forced to choose I club I had no better option than to swim.
But there was no way that I was going to swim in the middle of winter. No one could make me do that. "Haru! I'm not swimming in this cold-ass pool in the middle of winter!"
"First, it's not 'Haru' and second yes you will." Came his stern reply
There was no arguing with this man and I slowly made my way to the change room in shame. Ryuuko was already swimming and complaining how cold it was.
As I emerged from the change room I heard a splash accompanied by a huge wave of chlorine in my face. It was so cold I screamed ever so slightly. I turned to look at the perpetrator. Rei. How dare he!! How could he just wet me like that?!
"Hahaha! Tai just got wet! Good one Rei!" Came that adorable little voice that could always melt my heart. Nagisa. Praise him and his cuteness. I could never be mad at him for laughing at me. I pouted "Nagisa!! How dare you laugh at me." He simply laughed his adorable laugh that even babies would be jealous of. If they had the brain capacity to feel jealousy, that is.Seeing that he was standing at the edge of the pool I ran over and pushed him straight in. "Aaaaah!" He screamed, "It's cold!!"
"I know!!" I yelled back.
Nagisa swam up to edge and pulled me in with him. I tried desperately to get out, but Makoto pushed me back in. They had teamed up on me!! Hiru giggled and splashed in after us leaving everyone wet. Ryuuko bomb-dived in and added to the layers of water covering everyone who wasn't in the pool. Shiro ran around and almost slipped several times trying to escape the waves, but was unfortunate enough to be caught every time. We were all laughing and playing around. So much so that we didn't do any real training whatsoever except for Haru who was constantly swimming laps of the pool.We splashed around for what seemed like hours until Makoto decided to go. He had a lot of work to do and so did we so we all decided to hurry home. Haru and I live close to each other so of course I was stuck with him the whole walk home. I didn't have anything against him, he just wasn't my kind of guy. Oh well.
At the end of it all, we were happy. Laughing and playing around. It was as if we had never been training for swimming at all, which we really didn't.
I love this life and the fun it brings me.
