Part 6

*Andrade*

"For Zeus's damndest cloud!" she hissed in my face, her sweet breath sweeping down my throat as I inhaled.

All I could think of just then was how much I needed her lips against mine, I was a boy - and this girl was driving me absolutely crazy with the mysteriousness that was hidden in her every move.

I mean even the way she swore was special; I was driven entirely by lust and curiosity at that moment.

I needed very much to calm the fuck down, wait I never swear like that, I thought I never even swear like that in my mind.

I had to keep my mind off the girl who was leaning in towards me, I needed to remember how I just one minute ago found out that she wasn't who she said she was - well to be true to myself I guess I did know that something wasn't right with her, I mean look at her eyes, the way she moved and the way she smelled.

Something just didn't fit, and I guess I should've been happy that she "showed" me.

"Look Andrade." She said after sucking in her breath. "I need to tell you a few things about myself that will leave you altered for the rest of your life, I won't tell you everything, and you cannot ask me to do so."

She said this in a tone that made me wonder if I really wanted to know what she had to tell me, and if I even had a choice.

I just nodded my head; I had no idea how to handle the situation because after she had said that the tears began to stream down her cheeks.

It wasn't devastated tears; it was more like tears of relief and surrender.

She looked so innocent and old, and all I could think was how much I wanted to be able to take that girl into my arms and hold her.

A couple of minutes went by, and then she started to tell her story - a story that, after I was passed the shock and disbelief, was an explanation to all the questions I had ever asked in my life.

*3person*

The atmosphere in the room got too much for her, she needed to leave and for the first time since the reinvention of culture - she needed to be alone.

Her beautiful long blonde hair swayed after her, as she rushed past the servants kneeling at the foot of the stairs.

Her leather shoes making hushed noises, when her delicate feet gently brushed the marble steps as she ran.

Her dress, if you could call it that, was bundled up mid-thigh so she could move her elegant legs as swiftly as possible.

Her, for the time being, silver eyes warned everyone who was close enough to behold the features of her perfect face; not to get in the way if they wanted to keep the life they had.

Her lush lips curved into an almost vicious grin as she thought of the power she had established, and the effortless life she lived.

It was what she had always wanted, elegant, handsome and sophisticated men at her feet, and the power of women's jealousy roaming through her kingdom.

Yes there was indeed a lot to thank Zeus for the next time she met him, not that she in any way really believed, that her success had anything to do with that self absorbed god.

It was all of her doing, and she knew that for one reason - and for one reason only. If she could seduce the god of all gods and wrap him around her little finger, didn't that make her "The god of all gods' god"?

The answer was yes, but to Zeus's great fortune she never did like politics, and with all those gods disagreeing all the time - it was all politics nowadays.
